SICEC Engineering & Construction highlights

Formerly known as SOECO Engineering & Construction, SICEC history is associated to the evolution of medium size EPC contractors in Italy during last 20 years In 2004, SOECO (now SICEC) purchased from ENEL (Italian Electricity Authority) CTIDA Srl, a company with more than 25 years experience in water treatment technologies. In 2009 with the arrival of ADECO Technologies Ltd (UK) as shareholder, SICEC consolidated the experience of INGECO, a very reputed EPC Contractor active since 1960 in petrochemical and chemical projects.

As consequence of the acquisition of the brand INGECO, it has been decided to modify the company name with the target to link the owned brands to each company division: Oil & Gas SOECO Process Engineering INGECO Water Treatment CTIDA grouping them in the new name: SICEC Engineering & Construction SpA Starting from January 2010, SICEC changed company structure from Limited Liability to Joint Stock with a paid up capital of 1.020.000 SICEC has presently a workforce of more than 100 persons distributed in the Italian headquarters at Cologno Monzese and in branch offices and operative sites

Thanks to ADECO presence as reference shareholder, SICEC has complete and unrestricted access to the following patented processes: o HIGHTOC For treatment of agro-industrial waste waters For oily waste waters treatment with hydrocarbons content up to 100 ppm and TDS up to 5000 ppm Membrane oily effluent treatment Treatment of acid waste waters or process waters for concentration and recovery of inorganic salts (i.e. ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate) Treatment of acid waste waters with low pH for concentration and recovery of metallic salts Membrane systems for COD reduction in waste water and washing water coming from anaerobic digestion

SICEC have on going projects in Terni for AST Thyssen Krupp and in Taranto for ILVA-RIVA Group.
