Monthly InHouse Snooker Tournament RulesandRegulations Participation 1. Amaximumoftwentyfour(24)playerswillbeallowedtoparticipateinthetournament.Ifthere are less than twenty (20) entries by the closing date of registration, the tournament will be cancelled. 2. TheOrganiserreservestherighttocancelthetournamentforanyreasonthatitdeemsvalid.All participantswillberefundedtheirentryfeeifthetournamentiscancelledbytheOrganiser. 3. Registration and Entry fees are to be made in person at the staff counter in Space Rhythm Snooker&Pool. 4. EntryfeeofSGD$20.00istobepaidinCASHonlyandisnonrefundable. 5. PlayersrankedintheTop16oftheNationalSnookerRankingwillNOTbeallowedtoparticipate. 6. Theminimumdresscodewillbesmartcasual(CollaredTshirt,jeans,coveredshoes,etc.).Any participantfoundinbreachoftheminimumdresscodewillnotbeallowedtoplay,resultingina walkover. 7. Allparticipantsarerequiredtoarrive15minutesbeforethestartofthetournamentandinform thestaffattheSpaceRhythmcashiercounteroftheirarrival.Anyparticipantnotpresentbythe startofthetournamentwillresultinawalkover. 8. TheresultsofthedrawwillbepostedintheFacebookgrouppagewithinOne(1)hourafterthe draw is completed. It is the participants sole responsibility to find out their fixtures for the tournament. 9. AllparticipantsaretoabidebytherulesandregulationsoftheOrganiser. 10. All participants are requested to conduct themselves in a proper manner and good sportsmanship. Anyone who shows very poor personal conduct or gives a show of poor sportsmanshipmaybeaskedtoleave,whichcanresultinthewalkoverorforfeitofthegameif itisaparticipant. Game 11. AllgameswillbeplayedinknockoutroundsofBestof3framesexceptfortheFinalswhichwill beplayedinBestof5frames. 12. FormatofgamewillbeLoserpaystable.Theplayerwholoseswillberequiredtopayforthe durationofhis/hergameattheMembersrateofSGD$6.50perhour.Thetwo(2)finalistswill notberequiredtopayfortheirgame. 13. ThetournamentwillbeplayedaccordingtotheIBSFrulesandregulations. 14. TheFoulandaMissrulewillnotbeusedduringtheInhousetournament. 15. ArefereewillbeappointedforthedurationoftheFinals. 16. Toavoidanymisunderstanding,thescoringofpointsistobewrittenonthewhiteboard.
