Amazing Tiruchirappalli Tourism Tiruchirappalli or Trichy is an ancient city located in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Formerly, it was the capital city of Chola and Naicka kings for several centuries. Tamil is the mother tongue of natives of Trichy. English can be understood by the educated class in the city. Apart from religious and historical sites, there are a few sightseeing places in Tiruchirappalli Tourism that are blessed with greenery. Puliyancholai is green hideaway with a lovely waterfall. It is located under Kollimalai - Kolli hills. Another noted place is Kallanai, a 2000 year old dam constructed on the Kallanai River.
