Recruitment Support Services Merollam.com offers you recruitment support for permanent positions through the following activities: Executive Search: We would take on specific executive search assignments at senior level based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organization culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position. These assignments would be handled by our Executive search team with excellent network and experience to look for the right candidates for any given role. Our search team would specifically head hunt profiles and submit the same to the Organisation after preliminary interviews. We will give referral checks with detailed comments on the candidates profiles and maintain contact with the candidate/s till such time that they join duty. Database Selection: We would take on specific selection assignments at middle and junior level positions based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organisation culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position. Our HR Boutique activities would involve resume aggregation from our databank, validation by preliminary interviews and reference checks prior to the presentation of final candidates to the client.
Advertised Selection:
We would take on specific advertised positions based on the urgency of the job and provide back-end resources for Co-ordination for advertisement approval, Release of advertisement, Short-listing the resumes, Conducting preliminary interviews, Co-ordinate final interviews and Follow up on joining. Provide a structured MIS report on candidates based on resumes received, accepted, rejected and joined. However, this would be for specific positions and not for mass recruitment on a large scale. For advertised positions the cost of the advertisement will be borne upfront by the client. Turnkey Solution: Merollam.com services large-scale recruitment needs of a client through Turnkey Solutions. Our time and budget bound approach, which combines database selection, advertised selection and executive search effectively fulfills the client requirements. The process is customized to client needs and encompasses the following: Resume validation Administering tests Interview coordination Customized Analysis and Reports

Annexure-I (Fee structure and Payment terms) Our search terms for providing recruitment support would be as below:
Middle level positions with 5.1 yrs To 10 Yrs of experience: 10% of annual CTC Functional Heads : 16 % of annual CTC
1. The above is worked on the basis of actual Cost to company inclusive of all fixed components and P.F, retrials, medical and LTA, etc as offered to the candidate at the time of joining. 2. All the details of the open positions to be communicated through e-mails by the client.
5. The invoice would be raised on the date of candidate joining and the fee is payable
within 30 days of candidate Joining. All payments are to be released by A/c Payee cheque, in favour of Merollam consultancy payable at par at Hyderabad, India.
6. Validity: This agreement is valid for a period of 1 year from date of signing. 7. Termination of Agreement: This agreement will terminate on the happening of any
one or more of the following events: on the expiry of its term or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior notice of at least 30 (thirty) days in writing to the other party or by mutual consent of the parties.
8. Replacement Guarantee: We guarantee the stay of candidates for a minimum period of three months. In case the candidate leaves within three months of joining Merollam.com would provide a suitable candidate within One month.
