CONDITIONS TO SUPPLY
1. Goods are checked and inspected before they leave our factory. The responsibility of the company shall cease as soon as goods are handedover to the carrier / leave the premises of the Companys factory / godown / warehouse. Complaints regarding damage, shortage etc., If any must be sent to the company in writing, within seven days from the date of the receipt of the goods after which no complaints shall be entertained. Transit Insurance and liability for transit losses shall be to the customers account, unless otherwise contracted to. All statutory levies are billed at rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Any subsequent revision of these rates having retrospective effect shall be to the customers account. All payments should be made by crossed demand draft / cheque payable to LOTUS CHOCOLATE COMPANY LIMITED payable at Hyderabad and shall be sent to our registered Office. RTGS / NEFT Details : State Bank of India, IFB Branch : Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad. A/C/ No.: 10283930958, IFS Code : SBIN0009103 Sales tax declaration FORMS should be submitted within 15 days of receipt of invoice failing which the difference of sales tax shall be debited to customers account. The customer shall bear the demurrages, other expenses and consequential damages identifiable to non-retirement of documents. Bank charges, commission etc., Are payable by the customer. Overdue interest at prevailing bank rate (CC) +2% for bills not paid within due date will be debited to the Customers account. The delivery of the material is subject to force majeure factors such as fire, strike, lockout riot, war, changes in Government regulations, acts of God and / or other factors beyond the control of both the parties. The company reserves the right to deliver goods against any order either in one or more lots. If the customer fails to make payment when it becomes due or if there is any breach by the customer of any of the terms and conditions here of the Company may without prejudice to their other rights or remedies cancel the contract forthwith or refuese to make further deliveries. Court in Hyderabad alone shall have Jurisdiction in case of disputes arising out of / or in connection with the supply.
