Introduction
International Exhibition and Forum for Education (IEFE) is the official annual event of the Saudi Ministry of Education. It is the biggest and most well attended educational exhibition and conference in the Gulf Region with over 40,000 visitors turning up at the 2012 event. This year, the five-day 3rd International Exhibition and Forum for Education (IEFE), opened on Monday 18/02/2013 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center and ended on 22/02/2013. Organized under the support of the Saudi Ministry of Education, IEFE 2013 gathered senior level decision makers, key industry education providers and stakeholders from around the world. In addition, senior representatives from Universities, Colleges, and Training Institutions, secondary education institutions and public and private schools in the region particularly from Saudi Arabia participated over the event. The subject of the event was Educational Evaluation Approach & Techniques, focusing on promoting excellence, quality, performance improvement, deploying innovative solutions, new investment and international partnerships in the education sector. The IEFE of 2013 attracted senior level decision makers, key industry education providers and stakeholders from around the world for a great, inspiring networking and learning experience. Globally well-known education, government and business leaders delivered inspiring keynote presentations while there were one to one meeting opportunities to encourage cooperation, potential collaboration and possible commercial agreements in an official setting. It was exceptional platform for generating alliances.

2. Objectives of IEFE 2013

The main topic of IEFE 2013, as established by the Saudi Ministry of Education, was Educational Evaluation Approach & Techniques. This is in line with the key objective of improving and implementing cutting edge evaluation techniques for the performance of schools and higher learning institutions in the country and the Gulf region. Educational Consultants These are Malaysian educational group organizations called Legenda education group which aim with aspiring rich tradition of excellence in education with the top rated academics and exciting student life. IV. Language Learning Player This educational instrument is made by the Chinese Bolin Science And Technology Corporation Ltd. Company. It records and plays teachers speaking, Tone frequency sending, broadcast receiving and teaching material edition. In addition, it has 100 frequency sending bands. V. School Building company It is the Indian private Limited Company committed to innovative and world class construction standards. It is called Atoz buildcon India PLC. VI. Computer Training Rooms Service They are the Australian made computer Training Rooms with custom designed facilities capable of accommodating up to 136 peoples in individually climate controlled rooms.

The Green room is the main class room space utilized for education programs at Miner Institute. It can accommodate around 20 to 25 people.It is made by the USA agricultural Research Institute called Willium H.Miner

6. Conclusion and the outcome of the IEFE 2013 Forum
