I used this image in the Language tab of my website because it was a famous story from the poet Ferdowsi, and Ferdowsi was motivated by Cyrus the Great to protect the Persian language with this book. It is the most famous book in the world, according to this source. It is primary. "Shapur I - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia." Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. N.p., n.d. This primary source was the decree of Cyrus in which he said, in short, "I am Cyrus, king of kings..." I used it in my Legacy tab because Cyrus surely was the king of all kings.
