At firm wide meeting was held this morning the Partners at the Watertown firm of Bernier Carr & Associates announced some exciting changes in the organizations leadership. Rick W. Tague, Company President announced that Kris D. Dimmick, PE has been named the Vice President of Operations, and will assume the day to day management of the firm. Kris has been with the firm since 1991, serving as a member of the firms Management Team and Principal-inCharge of many of the firms local municipal clients. There has not been a significant change in the leadership of the firm in the past 15 years. Successful firms recognize the importance of leadership transition as an integral part of their strategic planning. BCA has established a strong foundation through serving the North County and other regions of the state for 43 years. We have every confidence that the remaining Partners will lead the firm well into the future. stated Dimmick. It was also announced that Bernard H. Brown, CEO of the firm and Pamela S. Beyor, the firms Chairperson of the Board will both be retiring effective at the end of 2013. Brown has been with the firm for 29 years and Beyor for 28. "I look forward to pursuing a number of personal interests, and to devote more time to favorite community based organizations, my Church and my family" said Brown. The firm intends to continue the transition and implement it throughout the remainder of 2013. This transition is designed to make the firm stronger, and allow the next generation of leaders to immerge. Bernie and I intend to remain active by continuing to contribute to the firm and the community in a different way. It is very exciting , says Beyor. In addition to Rick & Kris, there are 9 other partners in the firms leadership team: Joseph L. Thesier, Mari L. Cecil, Matt J. Cooper, Michael J. Harris, Jason S. Jantzi, Mark B. Kimball, Gerald A.
