From my observation, Ujamaa has not failed but the contemporary humankinds are the ones who have failed to articulate it due to uplift of self-centeredness and materialist gain. I see from the faces of Tanzanians the light of Ujamaa, being reconsidered by the coming and coming generation after the capitalist failed to bring the hope of Tanzanians. If you spray mosquito repellant without closing the windows and doors, the mosquitoes wont die..that means you have to control the environment for the repellant to work. The Ujamaa and capitalism need also controlled environment for them to be exercised. The contemporary humankinds favor the capitalist controlled environment rather than Ujamaa controlled environment. In simple way, the contemporary humankinds have failed to create such environment due to pre stated reasons but for sure any good hearted person appreciate Ujamaa ideology..it is the way GOD wanted us to live.

Signing Contract sometime is like this. Is he just scribbling or for sure knowing what is doing?
Signing Contract is something you do for yourself and for others... therefore it is something you need to hesitate to do and if there is another alternative, disregard it. Because for every contract there is benefit of doubt. .and it is always too late to reverse the situation. There is two ways of signing contract; either Signing contract by Contacting or signing contract by Contrasting (contrary) The thing is, how can we know what is in the mind of the one signing the contract for us. Is he/she signing the contract by Contact or Contrast? Thats why entering the contract resolution should be the last resort.
