Analyzing a Case Instructions for all participants: All participants are required to read the case thoroughly and

fill out the case analysis form. The filled in form should be emailed to the instructor before the day of case discussion. After the case analysis presentation by the designated team, there will be a Q & A session in which all participants will be allowed to ask questions from the presenters. Though participation in Q & A is voluntary, some questioners may be selected through name/number slips draw. Once a participant is selected as a questioner, he/she is required to ask a relevant question from the presenters. Failure to ask a relevant question may result in deduction of marks from the selected participants case analysis score. During the case analysis presentation, the participants are advised to listen carefully and take notes so as to participate in the open discussion/Q & A after the presentation. Instructions for case analysis presenters: The team selected for presentation of a case analysis is required to take the following steps in preparing the case analysis presentation: Each team member is required to analyze the case study individually and fill out the case analysis form and email it to the instructor. Each member may select a specific part of case analysis and develop his/her section individually in light of the case discussion. A record of team discussion, either in the form of meeting minutes or email exchange among team members should be made available to the instructor so that a record of each member s participation may be kept. The team leader is responsible for providing this record to the instructor. The team is required to present its analysis of the assigned case before the class on a designated date.
