Course Assessment If you wish to progress to member level, you will need to pass the following:1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Written examination Contract Law 40% of final marks Written examination Law of Tort 25% of final marks
Course Fees The Course fee is Kshs 26,000/-. The fee includes the course materials, coffee/tea and lunch. The fee can also be paid by instalments provided the first instalment of Kenya Shillings 13,000/- is received on or before the closing date of Friday 15th February, 2013 and the balance paid in full before Friday 15th March, 2013. Examination Fees The Exam fee is Kshs 20,500/-. The fee can also be paid by instalments provided all instalments are paid before Friday 12th April, 2013. Venue The tutorials will be held at Nairobi Club. Programme Tutorial Timings: 08.00 to 17.00 hours. Applications Application forms can be obtained from Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch) office.
