Project implementation and management IV. Project budget I. Objectives of Project: This section should be describing the Fire & Earth Quake Safety report of the concern Flat. This project will describe in two phase, 1. Fire & 2. Earth quake Survey. II. Expected Results of the Project: This project will give an overview of the Fire & Earth Quake condition of the concern Flat. It also indicates all kinds of problems related to fire and earth quake safety. After this project ensure the fire & earthquake condition of the flat will be safe, by solving the project non-conformance of the report. III. Project Implementation & Management: This section should describe how each immediate action will be carried out in terms of planned activities, their timing and duration, and who will be responsible for each activity. This can be summarized in a simple table. This also describes who and how many people are expected to benefit from the project, both directly and indirectly. It should also discuss how intended beneficiaries have been involved in project design, and their expected role in project implementation and evaluation. We need different scopes in different section of the flats. The listed are given below: a. Power Distribution of the flat. b. Back-up Power Plan. (Generator/IPS) c. Building Design Plan. d. Building Construction Detail Report (Rod, Cement & Concrete etc.)
