Work Process
Request for Quotation (RFQ): After receiving your RFQ, we consider carefully all specifies and finishing requirements of the program. We carefully cost every aspect from the design to the finish and then present you with our quotation with shortest possible time.
Incorporate with Bangladesh Joint Stock Companies under the company act (ACT XVII) of 1994, Certificate # C47409 (3889)/2002

Sampling: Once you accept our quote, we put together a sample package and send it out to you which give you a hand on indication of our quality and workmanship. Sampling will take more or less 18 working days from the date of receipt of the inquiry. Placing and Receiving order: After receiving our samples and once you are satisfied with our quality and workmanship, you will then be required to place your order giving final details. Issuing Invoice: Upon receipt of your order, we will issue our Invoice to you. Once you accept our Invoice, you will be required to sign and stamp same and send back to us via fax or email. Payment: Cash in advance 100% via wire transfer. Irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Other payment system may be considered depending on customers business process and requirement. Pre-Production Samples: When payment would be confirmed by our bankers (usually within 4-5 days), we will produce a full size set sample package containing the actual garment that will be produced according to your order. The Pre-Production Samples will be sent to you for review and approval. If the Pre-Production Samples are not approved (though we have never had 1 incident of same), you have to provide us with a list of the reasons why they were not approved. After receipt of which, we will submit the revised Pre-production Samples for your approval. We never go for production until we have the following approvals from you: Color and Lab Dip Approval Label and Tag Approval Finishing Specs Approval Pre-Production Samples Approval

Production: After receiving your approval, production will be started immediately and your comments on PreProduction Samples will be maintained strictly. Our production schedule is arranged around your expected delivery time. Shipping: After completion of production, we pack; create final packing list, sign of inspection and ship to the port of final destination indicated in order. We work with the most reputed shipping lines such as Mearsk Sealand , P & O Nedlloyed etc. By these shipping lines shipment can be tracked online 24 hours. Our customer will be provided with the following information which will assist him in tracking his shipment online: Expected Time of Delivery (ETD) Name of Shipping Line Container Number Closest Agent to your port Seal Number Expected Time of Arrival (ETA)

Documents: After shipping we prepare and send to our customer via fax copies of the following documents to enable him/her to prepare his/her entries for customs clearance prior to the shipment arriving at the port: Clean on board ocean bills of lading/airway bill Packing lists Certificate of origin GSP form-a Commercial invoice

Delivery: We send our customer a reminder notice at least 7 days before the shipment arrive, reminding him/her to lodge his/her with the local customs in time to clear the shipment.
