All items should be answered completely to be qualified. Only respondents who email in scdg@rebisco.com.ph shall be qualified. Rebisco Group employees and its relatives upto the 2nd degree are automatically disqualified. A maximum of one (1) ChaLife Relax and Refresh Bag can be rewarded to a single respondent.
