About STPI: -

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of India has been set up with distinct focus for promotion of Software export from the country. STPI is constantly working with a objective to implement STP scheme formulated by Govt. of India, set up and managed infrastructure facilities and provide other services like: Technology Assessment and Professional Training, leading to reorganization by PSUs and Government of India. Today there are 26 STPI centers all over the country helping over 7,200 STP units who are fulfilling the national dream of global leadership in Software Development.

About STPI Bhubaneswar: Ministry of Information Technology (Formerly DoE), Govt. of India while framing the polices to boost software sectors with distinct focus at software exports nationwide, identified Bhubaneswar to be the spot to set up Software Technology Parks of India. Bhubaneswar the temple city known for its monuments and rock edicts of Emperor Ashoka is the center of Software Technology Parks of India since 1992. Since then STPI is engaged in promoting the Software Exports form the region and achieved major milestones in IT sector for the state. Presently STPI Bhubaneswar, unique organization, which offers entire spectrum of services to promote and facilitate the Software Export Industries in the state and provides the following services through the state-of-art infrastructure.

About CSM Technologies: CSM Technologies a unit of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India), Bhubaneswar. Established in 1978, CSM was established to take advantage of its location in the emerging IT hub of Eastern India. CSM inception started familiarizing people to the world of Internet and Bringing in relevance for web designing and hosting for global business relationship. Their association with various industries, such as Oil & Natural Gas, Aluminum, Petroleum, Health, Finance and Banking, Insurance, and Transport catering to clients that include small, medium and large companies has built our knowledge base of 6 man-years of experience. Their work has spanned a range of activities, from strategy consulting and system integration services to offshore development centers for some of the most sophisticated software development. CSM was based on the advantageous backdrop of emerging IT hub of Eastern region of India having implied cost efficiency and a market for web development and designing. After demonstrating their clients glamour part of the IT sector the WEB, we diversified into client server applications, to grow into one of the few indispensable player in market. They have an edge over all competitions, by being geographically present in the upcoming IT hub of Eastern India and also because of the cost effective approach of the zone. Gradually with the changing facets of the IT trend, CSM forayed into web Applications, grabbing the most acclaimed offshore project of British Petroleum. With the professional confidence and a team leverage upon intellect capacity we ventured into developing client server applications and integrating with web interface to paperless transaction processes using the most secured network and high-end technologies. PROJECT PROFILE

MPLAD is exemplary software, in being a one of its kind, with scope for Mobilizing and Managing of funds used by the Members of the Legislative Assembly for Lok Sabha as well as the Rajya Sabha, for carrying out developmental activities in their territories. At the same time, the Collectors office can have an access to any and every of the recorded projects, and sought for immediate action. The Collector can also monitor data fed into the system.

This software eliminates various limitations like time & resources spent on moving files and thus information to the deciding authority, time taken for taking out cumulative reports, etc. MPLAD acts as the solution to these glaring issues, which had their hands in delaying productive decision-making processes.

Here a Collector would find important informative resources necessary for monitoring various development activities going on in his district. He would also receive information about the Funding status of the MPs. He can also access all day-to-day reports on every developmental work in process or completed by the MPs of his block. This information posted at the Collectors office can be updated to cater to the prevailing situation of the concerned information seeker.
