PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING MEP MANAGER /PROJECT ENGINEER MEP__ INFERIOR : MEP SITE-MANAGER MEP

Pre-Construction : Review Shop Drawings prior to structural Material complied with specification and comparison price for request requisituion. Preparing Manpower and master schedule plan resources. Liaise with MEP Manager and Engineering team on requiring assistance Construction Phase: Co-ordinate with consultant, client and various contractors/subcontractors Co-ordinate with the technical/managerial personnel of the Architects, consultants Contractors etc. on regular (periodic) basis to monitor the work, performance & variances of all contractors to ensure that the work quality, quantity & productivity standards & specifications are met and maintained. Attend meetings at site or any other meetings for necessary action. Supervise the work of all contractors, vendors etc. relating to the execution of the project such that the progress strictly adheres to the cost and time schedules at all times and to issue site notes to respective agencies outlining the corrective action. Should take complete responsibility of the smooth working of the project in coordination with MEP team. Delegate responsibility to Engineer, Supervisor, Foreman and other related personnel. Supervise team of contractors and other site staff to provide high quality day to day site management. Liaise with MEP Manager and Engineering Team on requiring assistance. Track in Shop Drawing Submittals and approval. Track on material deliver on site in time. Ensuring the safety and Quality as per company standards. Completion/Testing & Commissioning Phase: Liaising with and ensuring completion of testing and commissioning /project closure for services/elements as defined on the project. Authorities The Requirement Qualities of Position (For Employment) Sex : Education: Experience: Skill Requirement Bachelor of Technology/Engineering Mechanical Proficient in English and able to communicate well with client, consultants and other contractors. Able to work independently or team based and familiar with site reporting Possess high level of integrity, pleasant personality, strong analytical, organizational skills and team player with good relationship skills. Willing to work hard and long working hours. Computer Literate and good grasp of MS Office. Conduct and Attend site meetings, conference meetings. Basic Knowledge as following: Plumbing & Fire fighting work. To calculate and recheck design of system. More 3 years experienced in UAE or Middle East Working in Construction High Rise/Commercial Building Services. Male Age: > 35 Years B.E. ME Department: MEP 8-10 years working in Construction High Rise/Commercial Building Services.
