Guidelines for NSS / TP TRM: The TRM will work on all requirements, which are allocated to him/her by the

BDM. After the allocation by the BDM, the TRM will analyze the requirement and may consult his/her BDM till he/she has a good understanding of the requirement. Also he/she will try to find out as to what efforts the BDM has already put in to find the match in Odyssey. This will help the TRM to plan his search efforts accordingly so that there is no repetition. In case of any query, the TRM will get back to BDM for clarification either through phone or F2F (face-to-face) and record all conversations in Odyssey database. Before making a search, TRM needs to decide upon the key strings, which are in the requirement for better search results. The TRM will periodically (after every 30 mins) update the BDM about the progress on the requirement. The same must be recorded in Odyssey. The TRM will adhere to a turnaround time of 4 hours for resume submission.

Important steps to follow while submitting a match: The TRM will speak to the consultant and check consultants' availability, salary/ rate and term of employment. Corp-to-Corp: Hiring the candidate through a third party company on contract. W2-Payroll: Hiring a candidate on our payroll on annual salary plus benefits. This can be done with a H1 visa candidate, Green Card Holder or a US Citizen. Independent contract-1099: Hiring a candidate as an independent contractor. This can be done only with a Green Card holder or a US Citizen. The TRM will always pitch for W2 conversion . If the consultant refuses to come on our payroll for some reason, he/she can go ahead for C2C deal. The TRM will get the RTR (Right to Represent) document, which includes Non Solicitation Clause and Non Compete Clause signed before submitting the consultant as shown in the format below.

RTR_1099.DOC

RTR_W2_Perm: To be signed by the prospective candidate when hiring an employee on our W2 annual payroll. RTR_1099: To be signed by the prospective candidate when hiring an Independent Contractor who has no visa requirement, paying him an all-inclusive hourly rate on a 1099 tax term. RTR_C2C_Independent: To be signed by the prospective candidate when hiring an independent contractor who has his own corporation. RTR_C2C: To be signed by the prospective candidate when hiring a candidate from a Third Party Company. Non-Compete_C2C_Employer: Required to be signed by the Third Party Employer representative when their candidate is being considered. If the documentation at the time of submittal by the BDM is not completed, TRM to ensure the completeness of the documentation without fail, before ECI (End Client Interview). The TRM should submit all the documents (RTR / OA Offer Acceptance) to the operations/HR department for the consultant who has been confirmed on a project. The TRM may also get the consultants technically evaluated/ref check/ CGI resume formatted through the marketing team, if required.

The TRM will update the BDM on each development. - For instance searched Odyssey/Dice/Monster, found 15/20 Consultants, spoke to 10 consultants, not ready to relocate / not ready for low rate etc. - Found two matches, sent mails/left voice messages, Waiting for their response. - Found a perfect match. Waiting for his updated resume. If no match found, the TRM will update the BDM along with an appropriate reason and efforts made. The feedback section in Odyssey should highlight all the efforts put in by the TRM in the process of searching a right match. If BDM rejects the match, then the TRM should ask if there is more time for an additional search for the candidates. The TRM will also ask the BDM the reason for rejecting the match so that further search can be made accordingly. The TRM will then discuss with the BDM and decide on the next search plan. The TRM will update the BDM on further developments. Once the right match is found, TRM will inform the BDM and simultaneously update all relevant information in the feedback section of Odyssey. NSS TRM will add only those cases in Odyssey, which are submitted to the Sales Managers. The TRM will enter complete and correct information about the consultant while uploading the resume in Odyssey. In case of new vendor, the TRM should get the vendor name added through the Third Party team and upload the consultant with complete documents. The NSS team should ensure that whenever a submittal is done, the case has to be entered into Odyssey database or should be from the existing database.

This should be done face-to-face or through telephone and be recorded in Odyssey requirement module. RM to follow up on all active cases after the consultant is been submitted to the BDM.
