Minda Furukawa Electric Pvt. Ltd, manufacturing for automotive component wire harness (Terminals, connectors, battery cable). AK Minda and Furukawa group of Japan joined hands to form a 49:51 joint venture to develop, produce and sell the entire range of wiring harnesses primarily to Japanese carmakers. The new company, Minda Furukawa Electric Pvt Ltd (MFEP), which based in Bawal, Rewari, start business by supplying to Maruti Udyog, JCB, NISSAN AUTO.
WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES: HUMAN RESOURCE & MANPOWER PLANNING Assisting in Manpower forecasting and review, Analysis of manpower requirement. Responsible for joining formalities and orientation of all new employees. Wage compensation structure administration Fixation & negotiation. Prepared Job description for various positions. Taking part in Formulation of Polices and procedure for the organization with the HOD. Completely involved in the whole Annual Increment & Promotion process along with the HOD.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Training needs identification through Competency mapping, Process of Performance Appraisal.
