DVIZ Letter This matter was highlighted last year and we received from DVIZ the letter that they are not crashed. Fence We tried to excavate 7 places before actual construction and one crashing point with cable and three crashing points with pits were found. As described in the below e-mail, written in Japanese, a meeting was held among DVIZ, Hai-Phong Telecom and JVC at site on Mar.6th,'13, today and it was turned out that the cable and the pits of the cable joint belong to Hai-Phong Telecom. JVC expressed that the JX fence will be installed on the cables and the

pits according to the drawing, however, Hai-Phong Telecom requested to stop the work for a few days for their decision about the future maintenance for this underground system. JVC would hope this issue will not affect on the fence design, plot plan and the construction schedule. Best Regards,
