ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ARRIVE PRIOR TO 4PM ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN There is a $500 for weekly rental $300 for daily rental security deposit required to hold the rental date and to cover any damages that may occur during your stay. The security deposit is fully refundable, if cancelled within 30 days of rental date. If cancelled, less then 30 days of rental date, refunds ONLY occurs if a new rental agreement replaces the dates agreed upon. If no rental agreement has replaced the dates reserved, NO refund will be provided. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet. MUST BE 26 OR OLDER WITH VALID PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE.
I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than the hour and date shown above. Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter before vacating. Empty all garbage into outside cans and place cans near water meter box in front of house. Clean stove top, counter tops, and sinks. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food. Pile used linens in a pile on bedroom floors. Close and lock all windows and doors. Put keys back in key box if removed.

I (we) agree to the above items in regards to the dock owned by 782 Ridge Dr. I (we) will assume all risks when using the dock and agree that the security deposit provided in this rental agreement may be used if damages occur to the dock of 782 Ridge Dr or if the above agreements are not met.

With this reservation, I/We agree that Cottage is privately owned: The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur on the premises or facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
