AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, PRECISION APPLIED, STRUCTURAL LINING SYSTEM IPR Leads the Market with EcoCast, the first Green Geopolymer Historically, the industry has focused on four critical performance physical characteristics for the successful application of a geopolymer liner. 4Excellent Bond Strength 4Low Permeability 4High Compressive Strength 4Efficient Constructability
DOT projects: highways and bridge overpasses

IPR EcoCast, along with its development partner, GeoTree Technologies adds a fifth crucial element ... it is sustainable. Together we have introduced a proprietary system that combines the most advanced application equipment with a custom formulated geopolymer, specifically designed for consistent application and long-term performance. EcoCast will successfully restore your concrete, brick, or corrugated metal storm and sewer pipes. It is particularly effective for large diameter pipe sections starting at 36.
Concrete, sanitary and storm sewers

IPR EcoCasts geopolymer lining is perfect for pipe segment rehabilitation typically found in and around airports, road and highway overpasses, and municipal sewer applications.
Corrugated metal pipe is the perfect candidate for EcoCast

THE ECOCAST SYSTEM IS A TECHNOLOGICAL BREAKTHROUGH IN THE TRADITIONAL PIPELINE REHABILITATION MARKET EcoCast was developed with the sole purpose of meeting the markets demand for a precision applied, environmentally friendly pipe lining solution. The end result is the first-ever geopolymer coating centrifugally cast through a state-of-the-art, precision controlled spray application apparatus. Unlike traditional, manual pullthrough applications, the EcoCast systems drive train allows the product to be consistently applied to preset coating thickness with each pass. Some of the other features include: 4A true structural repair 4Ability to work with a small footprint (10-30) 4Can be used to restore round, non-round and pipes showing some ovality 4Can rehabilitate any structure, decking or headwall 4Can rehabilitate pipes that have separated 4Extremely cost-effective for short segment repairs 4Antimicrobial solution can be specified for added corrosion protection

The EcoCast Process

THE ECOCAST ADVANTAGE 4EcoCast liners form a crystalline structure for higher resistance to acids and greater surface durability 4Cures quickly providing shortened by-pass time and allows flows to be reestablished much quicker than Portland cement based mortars. 4EcoCast is exceptionally resistant to environmental factors like heat and cold and allows for extended application environments through batch temperature controls 4EcoCast is a high strength fiber reinforced geopolymer specially designed for ease of use with mechanical pumping, spraying and application 4EcoCast is designed to stick and adhere to virtually any surface; unlike traditional cement mortars, the geopolymer is capable of bonding and building to great thicknesses 4An engineered, 100% fully manufactured product with no added non-contributing fillers 4Qualifies for LEED credits and is BPA free ECOCAST LINER MATERIAL PROPERTIES

GeoSpray is a microfiber reinforced ultra dense geopolymer specially designed for its outstanding physical properties. Unlike traditional materials, GeoSpray is a Geopolymer matrix that is a chemically fused ceramic. Geopolymers work by having the covalently bound atoms within polymers at the surface of the nano-particles displaced by alkali molecules such that their molecular structure is disrupted creating future attachment sites. The attachment and cross-linking of molecules creates a monolithic structure that results in superior material properties. ECOCAST LINER PERFORMANCE DATA
