HABITS THAT DAMAGE OUR BRAIN THE MOST
By: Arjon Its 3am and I was still on my study table in front of my laptop finishing my laboratory report. Suddenly, I felt the gravity on my eyes so I bowed my head for a while. It should just be 30 minutes. But no! What the eff! Its already 8:30am. I hope you havent had an experience like this because the feeling was really startling. I believe these are the times when students cram with lessons to review, exams to pass, reports to finish and other deadlines to meet. Aside from our strong body resistance, our brain is our best ally during these times so we have to really take good care of our brains because just like in PvZ where brains are attacked by zombies, we may unconsciously become zombies who can harm our own brains.
Regarding this, I want to share these top 10 biggest brain damaging habits from healthmad.com which I guess some of us often do. #10 Lacking in stimulating thoughts. Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. #9 Talking rarely. Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain. #8 Working your brain during illness. Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damaging it. #7 Head covered while sleeping. Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases concentration of oxygen that may lead to

Valencia damaging effects.

#6 Sleep deprivation. Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term lack of sleep will accelerate death of brain cells. #5 Air pollution. The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body, inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain bringing about a decrease in brain deficiency. #4 High sugar consumption. Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition that may interfere with brain development. #3 Smoking. It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimers disease. #2 Overreacting. It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to decease in mental power. #1 No breakfast. People who do not take breakfast are going to have lower blood sugar level. This leads to insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. So how do you feel right now? Do you do these habits? How long have you been doing these? Do you think your brain is too much damaged? Enough for too much worry. Dont overreact. Remember it is not healthy to exaggerate reactions. It is time to do some serious changes. Simply removing these habits in our daily routine will immensely lay a good effect to the health of our brain. Hell weeks are coming so dont you dare damage your brain.
