Description
The Certificate in Business Leadership Skills provides managers with a toolkit to think strategically,
assess financial implications of their decisions, mobilize change within an organization, and
communicate with other business leaders. The courses in this series prepare managers to chart the
future of their company as well as manage for bottom-line performance today, while providing
engaging opportunities to specialize in a specific area of career interest.
