Assist Radiologists in performing invasive and non-invasive mammographic procedures. Responsible for operation of imaging and specialty equipment. Acts as a resource for less experienced staff. Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to unique needs of the department. Effectively communicate with patients, family, physicians, colleagues, vendors, and other healthcare professionals. Work effectively and cooperatively with team while establishing and maintaining good working relationships. Practice safety measures in department by adhering to all governing regulations; i.e., universal precautions, infection control and sterile techniques. Supports the goals and objectives of the department by taking prompt action to achieve beyond what is required.
