ALL people accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In ALL cases where people have been named in any pending lawsuit it is presumed that NO facts have been established and that defendants are not responsible or guilty of any allegations made by the plaintiff(s) until the last appeal has been exhausted and a final disposition has been established by the court. The disposition of ALL cases, even those in which there has been a judgment or a sentencing are subject to change without notice.

Drainage District 86, an open drainage ditch north of Lytton running north and south on Yankee Ave and is about a half mile long. Almost 1 year ago, the Sac Supervisors were petitioned to clean it out. The ditch needs to be deeper than a mere cleanout due to the fact that there is a tile beneath it that keeps creating big holes in the bottom of the open ditch and messing with the flow of the water. This tile empties into shared Drainage District 2 and 52, as does Drainage District 86. In order to correct the problem, the county will eliminate the tile starting at the point after it comes into Drainage District 86 and merely let it empty into 86 since it all goes to the same place. The plans and the specs were presented to the supervisors by I&S and were approved. Lisa Bethune, the Countys mental health services coordinator appeared before the supervisors to report that she will pay an initial $260k in claims from state transition funds.
