Short Term:
Peopletree will screen, identify, recruit and assign employees to a client organization
on short-term contractual basis to support or supplement that company’s work force
in situations involving employee absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal
workloads, and special projects.
Long-Term:
Peopletree will screen, identify, recruit and assign employees to a client organization
to work on long-term contractual basis, for indefinite assignments.
Temporary to Hire:
A PeopleTree employee works for a Client organization during a trial period in which
both the employee and the Client organization consider establishing a “permanent”
employment relationship.
Payroll:
If your company has already identified people or there are some people currently
employed in
your company who need to be taken on a temporary basis, we can hire and assign these
personnel to perform services in your company.
