Q Codes

1.

Identify and rate the problem issue, and find the appropriate Healing Code. Use the standard Healing Codes process from the Manual. Include the Memory Picture Finder (recommended but not necessary). Rate the amount of discomfort you feel about the issue from 0 to 10. Find the appropriate category in The Healing Codes Manual OR Receive a custom Code from a Certified Healing Codes Practitioner. Punch In the appropriate Healing Code. Do each hand position ONE time for ONE second. Say a Prayer or Request for healing. Create your own or use the Prayer/Request from The Healing Codes Manual. Close your eyes and look upwards behind your eyelids through step 11. Maintain a relaxed upward focus to achieve an alpha brain wave state. Put both hands on top of your head. Any comfortable hand position will work. Focus on the problem issue, if you are comfortable doing so. If the issue is too painful to think about even briefly, simply focus on healing. Breathe rapid and powerful belly breaths in and out for FIVE seconds. Forcefully blow out and suck in through your mouth using your diaphragm so your belly moves in and out as your breathe. If you get dizzy, breathe the same way but reduce the intensity. Move both hands to the base of the skull where it meets the neck. Any comfortable hand position will work. Continue to keep your eyes closed and look upwards. Continue to focus on the problem issue. Breathe rapid and powerful belly breaths in and out for FIVE seconds. Forcefully blow out and suck in through your mouth using your diaphragm so your belly moves in and out as your breathe. If you get dizzy, breathe the same way but reduce the intensity. Rate your discomfort with your problem issue from 0 to 10. If the issue is not at zero, begin again with step 4. If the issue is at zero, you can stop here or move on to another issue. We recommend doing a minimum of 10 Q Codes a day.

Some healing still takes time If the problem issue you are working on remains after you have healed all the feelings you identified, and if you cannot find any more memories, continue to do the Q Codes on the issue until the problem itself is gone. For example, if you are working on healing a growth on your arm which does not instantly disappear after you have done Q Codes for all the emotions and memories you can identify, continue to do the same Q Codes until the growth is gone. It may take some time for your body to heal after you have removed the cause of the problem.

Infusing the Positive (optional)


1. Choose a Truth Focus Statement or positive visualization about the issue. Use a Truth Focus Statement from the Healing Codes Manual in the category you have just used to heal your issue. OR Create your own Truth Focus Statement that corrects an unhealthy belief that you held about your issue. OR Visualize yourself or your situation as you are now that your issue has healed. Punch In the same Healing Code you used to heal the issue. Do each hand position ONE time for ONE second. Say a Prayer or Declaration of Gratitude for the healing you received. Gratitude is the most powerful energy to reinforce your healing. Close your eyes and look upwards behind your eyelids through step 11. Maintain a relaxed upward focus to maintain an alpha brain wave state. Put both hands on top of head. Any comfortable hand position will work. Focus on the Truth Statement or positive visualization you want to infuse. You may also choose to simply focus on Love and Gratitude. Breathe rapid and powerful belly breaths in and out for FIVE seconds. Forcefully blow out and suck in through your mouth using your diaphragm so your belly moves in and out as your breathe. If you get dizzy, breathe the same way but reduce the intensity. Move both hands to the base of the skull where it meets the neck. Any comfortable hand position will work. Continue to keep your eyes closed and look upwards. Continue to focus on the positive statement or visualization. Breathe rapid and powerful belly breaths in and out for FIVE seconds. Forcefully blow out and suck in through your mouth using your diaphragm so your belly moves in and out as your breathe. If you get dizzy, breathe the same way but reduce the intensity. Rate the degree to which you believe the positive from 0 to 10. If your belief is not at least an 8, begin again with step 4. When your belief is an 8 to 10, you can stop or move on to another issue.
