All including necessary tools and tackles, man power and as directed by EIC. 3 DISMANTLING OF EXISTING BUILDINGS:

Dismantling of existing R.C.C. Sales room,Lube stores, toilet, septick tank. Shifting of electricity board power supply connections, cable, wires, earthing, mains, meters, switch boards, pumps, lighting control switches etc.,temporarily to an unobjectionable location within retail outlet as per APSEB recommendations and EIC directions, dismantling of existing RCC Sales room slab, walls, foundations upto ground level and removing foundations etc., from ground level as directed by EIC. Dismantling of Lube stores RCC roof, walls, flooring etc., upto ground level, dismantling of existing Toilet roof, walls, flooring, pipe line connections, removing of AC Sheet roofing of Service Bay, removing of angular purlin and handing over to HPCL, dismantling of Masonry walls, CC flooring, removing of servicing ramp, jacks, lifting arrangements after shifting of existing

5 KV generator and compressor, making new necessary temporary connections for operations. Disposing the debris, unwanted material to an unobjectionable area outside retail outlet premises as per EIC directions. All usable material shall be handed over to HPCL in good form so that it can be transported properly and refixed. Job shall be planned and executed without causing any disturbance to the retail outlet sales, operations & maintanance at any time. The job includes necessary tools, tackles, safety precautions, transportation etc., all complete as per EIC directions.

Disconnecting electrical fixtures, cables, ploycorbonate glow bands, stacking at safe locations, removing of existing AC Sheet in roof, removing rain water gutters, rain water down take pipes carefully, dismantling main rafters, purlins, beams, bands supporting built-up members, GI sheet cladding, built-up columns, base plates, cap plates, necessary bolted, welded connections. Removing granite slabs existing on pump island and stacking them at retial outlet premises, handing over the same to HPCL, dismantling RCC pedestals, pedestal foundations, desposing all debris to an unbojectionable area, removing existing false ceiling, their supports, stacking them carefully, and transportation all material like structurals, false ceiling, lights, bands, cable etc., from Surya Chandra Agencies Retail outlet at Kakinada to HPCL COCO Retail outlet at NTPC Parawada, re-erection the structurals after making necessary corrections, fabrication as per HPCL requirements,

Dismantling of existing pump island 1m wide and carting away debris including removal of pump and disconnecting pipeline etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing septic tank after disconnecting, rerouting and connecting to new septic tank the sewage / sullage pipelines / vent pipelines etc., all as per EIC directions. Job includes necessary cleaning of tank with vaccume/mechanical methods before dismantling and disposing the same etc., all complete. Job includes necessary tools, tackles, transportation of debris to an unobjectionable area as per EIC directions, dismantling of RCC slab, manway covers, vent cowl, brick masonry walls, flooring etc., all complete labour. Care shall be taken while cleaning the tank in order to maintain proper ventilation to escape foul gases etc. Work shall be planned and executed without causing any disturbance to the retail outlet sales, operations and maintenance.

Dismantling of existing building super structure floorings, foundation etc., after relocating of electrical panel boards, switch controls, necessary pipe lines all as directed by EIC for smooth operation of Retail Outlet, storing usable materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge and carting away all debris, unused materials to an unobjectionable area as directed by EIC. Dismantling & breaking of existing RCC flooring, cutting of rebars, disposing of debris all complete as per Engineer-in-charge directions.

Dismantling & chipping of existing cement plaster to the R.R.Masonry walls wherever dampness & peeling of plaster taken place. Dismantling of existing building after relocating of electrical panel boards and necessary usable materials as directed by EIC and carting away all debris to an unobjectionable area as directed by EIC. Dismantling stone masonry boundary wall and stacking materials as directed by EIC and removing the debris complete. useful

Dismantling of existing AC sheet roofing structural steel canopy, false ceiling, electrical fixtures and cables, rain water down take pipe, glow sign bands etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, dismantling of RCC pedestals, granite cladding, foundations and carting away all unusable material to an unobjectionable area, storing all usable materials as directed by EIC. Care shall be taken while removing all items for smooth functioning of Retail Outlet sales. (Approximate of size of Canopy 7.5Mts. x 5.0Mts. x 5.0Mts. height). Dismantling of existing building RCC steps, superstructure, flooring etc., after relocating of electrical panel boards, switch controls, necessary pipe lines all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of existing R.C.C. building super structure i.e. R.C.C. slab, R.C.C. beams, R.C.C. Columns, R.C.C. lintels, Column foundations, Brick masonry walls, Parapet wall etc., floorings, Dismantling of existing Aluminium glazed windows, doors, displaying shelving etc., after relocating of electrical panel boards, switch controls, necessary pipe lines all as directed by EIC for smooth operation of Retail Outlet, storing usable materials as directed by EIC & carting away all debris, unused materials to an unobjectionable area as directed by EIC. Care shall be taken while executing the job for the safe operation of other activities. Reinforcement in the R.C.C. shall be cut with cold cutting method & handing over the same to the Corporation. Necessary scaffolding, supports, shields etc., shall be provided by the Contractor to execute the job in smooth way. While cutting the slab 45o slope shall be maintained & Reinforcement shall be exposed to joint the proposed Construction if necessary or made smooth with rich cement mortar, refixing of Aluminium glazed Windows, Doors & Wooden, glass displaying shelving in the New Sales Building.

Dismantling of existing AC sheet shed after removing AC sheet & its supports, building super structure, floorings, foundation etc., after relocating of electrical panel boards, switch controls, necessary pipe lines all as directed by EIC for smooth operation of Retail Outlet, storing usable materials as directed by EIC & carting away all debris, unused materials to an unobjectionable area as directed by EIC. (Party shall quote after seeing the site only)

Dismantling of existing R.C.C. canopy Roof slab, Roof beams, Columns, Foundations etc., after removing existing electric fixtures and connections. Care shall be taken while executing the job such that no debris or any other material would fall on existing dispensing pumps. Necessary scaffolding, supports shall be provided by the Contractor for safe and smooth operation of Retail Outlet for Sales. Storing usable materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge and carting away all debris, unused materials to an unobjectionable area immediately after the job is completed to make the Outlet free from any obstruction to the Consumers. (Party shall quote after the seeing the site physically)

Dismantling of existing RCC canopy with Pneumatic / Hydraulic breakers considering all safety norms, measures, barricading, public risk factors and all local safety, guidelines, statutory norms, HPCL safety, working norms and conditions, Individual components like main slab, main beams, grid beams, RCC columns, shall be dismantled in phased manner so that stability of remaining un-disturbed structure stands without any distortion, risk of falling down all of sudden. If necessary steel props, jacks, wedges, bracing shall be provided for safe working. 17 All measures for smooth operation of retail outlet sales, operation, maintenance shall be strictly under stood, planned for smooth working of dismantling and sales. Party shall discuss with HPCL / Retail outlet persons for success full completion of job assigned. Dismantled items shall be immediately stacked so that disturbance to vehicular movement in eliminated and debris, unwanted materials shall be disposed to an unobjectionable area outside the retail outlet promises as directed by HPCL EIC directions.

If directed any material to be handed over to HPCL, they shall be properly stacked at designated places within retail outlet premises as direct by HPCL EIC directions. RCC columns, Rain water pipes, tites and RCC foundation inside ground also to be dismantled if directed by HPCL EIC. Party shall consider construction / erection of temporary for working during day time shielding / barricading works also

Dismantling, removing, cleaning and relaying of existing Ms pipelines both underground and above ground including supplying and fixing of all new fittings and painting as per specifications given in Item 16 A. Dismantling of existing 2"/3" pipe lines, gate valves, nonreturn valves, flange connections to tanks, pump, motor and base frame and manifold, holding down flats, ladder, handrails etc., and transporting the tank and accessories. Including loading carefully with cranes to the truck / trailor, with all safety precautions.

Removal of underground existing product storage tanks after making necessary disconnections of pipelines, valves, manhole covers etc., as directed by EIC, dismantling of existing kerb walls etc., lifting of tanks from underground pits after removing sand etc., carefully, placing the tanks in proper location without any disturbance to Retail Outlet sales & operations, loading into trucks, transporting of tanks from Retail Outlet to H.P.C.L., Kakinada terminal at APIIC, Vakalapudi, unloading safely without causing any damage to tank etc., as directed by EIC. All complete labour, loading, transporting and unloading. Work shall be planned & carried out without causing any disturbance to Retail Outlet sales & operations. Dismantling of existing pipelines, cleaning of 14 KL tank for usage of MS product including necessary materials, disposing all wastage to an unobjectionable area all as per EIC directions. Work shall be carried out without causing any disturbance to Retail Outlet sales & operations. Dismantling of existing RCC pump farm slab, PCC surfaces at column foundation locations using chisels etc. as per EIC directions. Work shall be carried out with skilled labours only and safety precautions, work shall be planned & executed without causing any disturbance to working & maintanance of pumps etc. All debris shall be disposed to an unobjectionable area / inside / outside terminal premises as per EIC directions. Job includes necessary tools, equipment, labour, transportation etc., all as per HPCL requirements & EIC directions.

Dismantling and disposing of debris of existing external staircase at V.V.P.L., admn. Building . Job includes dismantling of masonry hand rails, RCC steps, RCC beams, RCC columns, RCC pedestals, RCC column foundations etc., job shall be carried without causing any disturbance, damage to building, their components doors, windows, ventilators, external finishes. Work shall be planned and executed without causing any disturbance to operations/ working of near by facilities, like Parking Shed, Control room / Sub-Station etc., existing cables, waste water pipes , chambers etc, shall not be disturbed while dismantling and disposing etc., works. All debris shall be cleared immediately after dismantling to an unobjectionable area within V.V.P.L., / A.T.P. premises as per EIC directions. The job includes necessary tools, tackles, equipment , skilled manpower , mechanical transportation etc., all complete as per EIC directions.

Dismantling of existing CC flooring as per instructions of Engineer-incharge, removing of 3No.s of wooden doors, 2No.s of wooden windows, removing plaster surface of columns, partition walls, cleaning all loose dust particles etc., disposing all debris to an unobjectionable area out side Retail Outlet premises. The job shall be planned & executed without causing any disturbance to the sales, operation, maintenance of retail outlet. All usable items shall be handed over to H.P.C.L., at retail outlet premises. Removing of air pressure , water supply pipelines as per EIC directions. Dismantling of existing structural steel/ pipes made barrier, divider carefully either by means of Hacksaw frame or with gas cutting (permission to be taken by party with various agencies required) , removing from position after breaking Bk. Masonry, PCC, transporting the same material to the MCV premises as per EIC directions. Debris of dismantled masonry , PCC etc., and earth shall be transported to an unobjectionable area as per EIC directions. Necessary, temporary arrangements for protection of workers, materials, sign boards, eantian boards, traffic controlling shall be taken care while executing the works. All standard traffic norms, VMC guide lines shall be strictly followed for smooth and safe operation of the above work. The job includes all necessary approvals, labour, materials, tools, tackles, transporting permission as per EIC directions.

Dismantling and disposing of under driveway tank R.C.C. slab. Job includes necessary precautions while breaking R.C.C., Reinforcement steel, manway covers etc., care shall be taken to complete the job without any disturbance to the fill, suction, vent pipelines, and retail outlet operations. All the debris shall be transported to an unobjectionable area outside the retail outlet premesis as per EIC directions. Neccessary barricading, safety lighting etc., shall be provided as per EIC directions.

Dismantling of brick masonry, CC flooring pathway as per EIC directions and disposal of the same to an unobjectionable area outside retail outlet premises. Job includes necessary tools and tackles, transportation, labour etc., all complete as per EIC directions. Care shall be taken while executing the work in order to keep the main building and its components not to get damaged.

Shifting of exi. Diesel Generator to new location as directed by HPCL EIC directions within retail outlet premises after making if necessary an level platform for engine AVM placement etc., all complete, electrical, cabling, diesel tank connections, exhaust pipe lines shifting, re-erecting, commissioning etc., all complete. Job includes necessary shifting temporarily existing mains, busbars, panel board. Party shall consider all necessary wires, cable, glands, crimping legs, insulation testing, commissioning to full load as per EIC directions and to suit retail outlet operations, pumps, lighting various other connections to submains, circuits, switches, MDB etc., all complete as per HPCL EIC directions.

Dismantling of exi. Pneumatic operated single shaft lift and erecting the same in new position as directed by HCPL EIC direction. The job includes dismantling individual componants of ramp / lift, pipeline of compressed air / oil lines, valves, gauges and disposing all un wanted / unused materials, stacking of all used / over hauled parts within retail outlet premises as directed by EIC. Making necessary arrangements with specilised parties for complete overhauling of lift, supply and fixing of any spares required for erection, connection & commissioning and new location as directed by EIC. For new location necessary civil works like pit ost, compressed air lines, oil lines, finishing works shall be considered while quoting this job (Party shall visit the site and understand the job before quote.) Dismantling and removing of existing kerb wall. Job includes removal of debris and disposing of all unused material to the outside of retail outlet premises to an unobjectionable area and cleaning the surface, all complete labour, tools, transportation etc., all complete labour, tools and tackles as per EIC directions. Dismantling and removing of existing RCC bottom mat raft of existing tank pit. Job includes necessary dismantling of mat raft, disposing the same outside the retail outlet premises including all lead and lift, handing over the reinforcement steel to HPCL etc., all complete labour, tools and tackles, transportation all as per EIC directions.

Dismantling, breaking and demolishing for all existing building structures with site at all levels along with foundations, including dismantling of door, window, plumbing, sanitary and electrical fittings, fixtures etc., stacking the usable materials within site. Reinforcement steel has to be cleared out of the site along with the debris. Structural steel to be stacked in site. Other items like doors, windows etc to be stacked in the site. Disconnection and rerouting existing 95 Sq. mm U.G. cable including excavation and burying in the in the ground as per I.S and connecting to the lighting panel including termination by providing gland and crimping lugs with labour and material. Dismantling existing concret drive way . Job includes necessary coordination with retail outlet dealer, making necessary barricading, work progress signages, carefully chisseling to the reqired length, width and full depth, cutting of reinforcement to meet further working conditions, bending rebars to a side to reuse the same, removal of all debris, disposing the debris outside retail outlet premises as per HPCL requirements and EIC directions all complete labour, equipment.

Removing asphalt drive way of all layers as per requirements, site conditions. Job includes necessary manpower, excavation, removing asphalt driveway seal coat, carpet, macadam etc., stacking and disposing of all debries to an Unobjectionable area outside retail outlet premises, keeping the cut surface neat and tidy to take up further repairs as per HPCL - EIC directions all complete (Job excludes any repair works.) Providing and laying R.C.C 1:1.5:3 for repairing and redoing of R.C.C drive way job includes necessary final cutting of old concrete as per EIC directions, removal of all loose dust particles, applying "FOSROC" Chemicals Bonding agent for concrete "NITO Bond EP", placing rebars in position, necessary shutter / Form work, breaking at construction/ expansion joints to suit original driveway pattern, line, level, compaction with mechanical vibrator, curing the concrete, cleaning repaired drive way all complete mateials, equipment,labour asper HPCL requirements and EIC directions. Providing and laying P.C.C 1:2:4 for Asphalt driveway repair works. Job includes necessary compaction of sub grade, sub base, mixing 20 mm HBG aggregate, river sand and OPC in 1:2:4 ratio, placing it in position, compaction with vibrators, curing continuously, cleaning of repaired area etc. all complete materials manpower as per HPCL requirements and EIC directions.

Cutting of existing granite tiling of pump island carefully without damaging near by granite tiles/ slabs etc., Job includes necessary coordination with dealer making all works planned to cut the granite properly all as per HPCL requirements and EIC directions. Removal of existing interlocking type paver blocks (any type and colour ), stacking it carefully without causing damage, hinderance to driveway usage, removal of sand below paver Blocks. Job also includes relaying of blocks after completiojn of varies jobs related to automation works, pipe lines, cables etc., works, sand bed compaction, placing blocks in position to match exisiting pattern, slope, line, level, Machine compaction etc., all manpower, coordination with dealer, varies equipment required all complete as per HPCL requirements and EIC directions. Dismantling, Demolishing, Breaking of all existing R.C.C at all levels cutting of including reinforcement steel and also carting away debris to an unobjectional area outside HPCL Retail outlet premises, stacking the dismantled usable materials at site and handing over the same to HPCL. Job includes necessary manpower, machine tools, tackles, power supply. Proper safety precautions shall be adopted while carrying the job, till completion of all works related etc., all complete as per HPCL, EIC directions. Disconnecting, Dismantling the existing welded pipeline both Above / Under Ground including excavating, breaking the enclosure walls, back filling and restoring the surface in original condition, disconnecting all the fittings, valves strainers, filters, adjustable supports and all other fittings either by gas - cutting or hacksaw cutting after gas freeing the lines, dismantling BM pedestals if required and stacking the dismantling pipes and fittings at site as directed. Disconnecting, dismantling the existing screwed pipeline both Above / Under Ground including excavating, back-filling, restoring the surface into original condition, disconnecting all fittings, stacking the dismantled pipes/fittings at site as directed. Replacing existing manhole gaskets including disconnecting the pipelines, removing nuts, bolts and manhole cover and supplying and fixing permanite oil gaskets, nuts and bolts and reconnecting the pipeline. (Refer table - 2 of tender specification Doc No. IOCL - ME - 01) Dismantling and removing existing Barbed wire fencing and supplying, fixing new GI barbed wire (12 SWG with 4 points) strand (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) along with necessary clamps, hooks, bolts etc., including cost of new barbed wire.
