Successfully managed and delivered a key bank initiative to migrate the sourcing, staging, processing, storing and distribution of corporate actions event data by means of the PME Fusion Platform. Responsibilities included leading a large (approximately 35 FTEs) global technology team comprised of developers, business analysts and quality assurance professionals. Providing strategic and tactical project delivery direction and guidance for senior bank management. Managing the key project relationships with centralized teams, including, but not limited to, the Operations Change Team, Database Administration, System Administration, Production Support Team, Operations Management Team and Downstream Application Technology Teams. Successfully planned and managed the production deployment of the enterprise wide corporate actions system which encompassed changes to the enterprise corporate actions event repository and dividend payment system.
o Enterprise wide repository for the banks corporate actions event data. This key bank initiative provided the firm with a near real time, arbitrated corporate actions event system augmented with automated event matching and generation of payment schedules. The system delivered the ability to process event updates straight through from the data sources to the enterprise repository and distribution to the various bank systems with reduced manual intervention using an exception based process.

o Enterprise wide repository for the organizations fixed income reference data. This repository of over 350,000 securities was created from an array of mainframe and Sybase databases and reconstituted into an Oracle database. This project included extensive data quality remediation activities for all fixed income security classifications as well as the introduction of a business application layer and XML messaging to support world-wide product generation and delivery.

o IDCs Inside Market Data 2010 award-winning Business Entity Service. This product capitalized on a partnership with Dun & Bradstreet to deliver a ground-breaking product to assist customers risk management and compliance initiatives. o Options Volatility Service project partnered with Hanweck Associates, LLC to provide clients with a tool for the retrieval of implied volatilities, option risk parameters, and volatility surfaces along with historical pricing and reference data including corporate actions and contract adjustments. o DTCCs New Issue Information Service (NIIDS) into IDCs municipal database and product. This project included the introducing of a MQ messaging infrastructure into IDCs operating environment. o Replaced legacy, character based data entry system for IDCs asset backed securities with a new UI based system (C#/.NET) designed for rapid data entry of reference data into a new relational database. The new data collection system included new business rules and provided for increased data coverage and improved data quality.

o Delivered the Operational Support Model that defines the worldwide processes and controls for
supporting IDCs Fixed Income Portal. The Fixed Income Portal was developed by the Evaluated Services Group in order to provide transparency into IDCs security evaluations for customers.
