Superheaters, Reheaters, Atemmperators, Economizer, Air Heaters, Low Pressure Heaters, Condensers, Gas Radiators, Towers, Evaporators, Deareators and Furnace (Cyclone Type) * Fully conversant with the testing of high pressure vessels, boilers & other equipments such as Force Draft Fans, Centrifugal Fans, metal piping and various kinds of valves. * Supervised and coordinated maintenance activities. * Gain an in-depth knowledge of all plant hardware and equipment in the discipline to carryout routine and complex task on the equipment such as performance evaluation and trouble shooting. * Executed the complex mechanical work, evaluated the materials and carryout training of Mechanical Technicians. * Collaborated with foreign engineering professionals on various projects and assignments SGS (Pvt) Ltd. Pakistan Inspection Engineer (Industrial Division) (1996-2000) * Worked at the Tangri Oil Field of Union Texas of Pakistan( British Petroleum ). * Supervision, testing and inspection of stationary equipment for petrochemicals/ refinery/ power plants. * Performed work according to regulatory codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, AWS, for the mechanical testing/ inspection of various materials and equipments. * Gain the experience of pipe welding inspection and NDT methods. * Gain a solid experience in field inspection, testing and quality assurance of vessel and heat exchangers. * Capable to supervise pre-commissioning activities, flushing, painting, and insulation works., punch listing, hydro and pneumatic testing. * Have the experience in preparation of inspection work lists for the plants and coordinates these functions with engineering , maintenance, operations and contractor's representatives. * Have experience in preparation of technical specification & pre-qualification of consultancy firms.
