NO RAFFLES OF ANY KIND AT ANY VENDOR BOOTH, INCLUDING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THIS IS A TWO DAY VENDOR COMMITMENT! All Vendors must be open both days of our Event: Saturday open at 2pm Sunday open at 10am. All vendors MUST be properly staffed during entire Event:Event Hours: Saturday until 11pm and Sunday until 5pm. VENDORS RECEIVE DIRECTORY LISTINGIN EVENT PROGRAM ALL VENDORS RECEIVE THEIR LOAD-IN/OUT PACKAGE AT THE VENDOR CHECK-IN GATE. ENTER AT MAIN GATE FOR DIRECTIONS. VENDOR SET - UP INFO WILL ALSO BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Vendor set up: Fri. 6/8 9am - 6pm, Sat. 6/9 8am to 1pm ~ No vehicles allowed after these times per AV Fairgrounds regulations and all vehicles must be removed from the event location and park in Vendor Lot. All selling vendors must provide their sellers permit number. PROVIDED: TABLES, CHAIRS NOT PROVIDED: EXT. CORDS, TAPE, TIE - UPS, EZ - UPS OR TOOLS Selling products or services is available in specified locations only and upon approval & payment. No food or beverage sales of any kind, except authorized Food Vendors in the Food Court or Designated Areas No personal vehicles, trucks or RVs may be parked within vendor booth unless preauthorized. Donations are always appreciated for the Thunder Raffle booth. Any donations should be given to Vendor Coordinator at Event. Thank you for supporting the Kids Charities of the Antelope Valley DISPLAY VEHICLES MUST STAY PARKED IN BOOTH, OR YOURE AT RISK OF BEING REMOVED FROM EVENT. For outdoor vendors: Do not use cheap easy ups. They fall apart in the wind very quickly. Use sturdy tents with cement or sand buckets as weights on all four corners. Also you will likely need to drop your tents at night to stay secure.

Dear Sponsor/Vendor/Non-Profit, In conjunction with your participation in the 19th Annual Thunder on the Lot event to be held June 8th and 9th, 2013, at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds be advised: All sponsor, vendors and non-profit organizations must provide proof of commercial liability insurance with minimum limits of $1 million to Kids Charities of the Antelope Valley, NO LATER THAN MAY 24, 2013. Proof of commercial liability insurance must be in the form of a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance carrier or a temporary Special Events A liability policy can be purchased for $25 from Kids Charities of AV. If you provide your own certificate subtract $25 from your vendor fee. The Certificate of Insurance Endorsement should read as follows: Kids Charities of the Antelope Valley, its agents, directors, officers, and volunteers are made additional insured. Additionally the State of California, the District Agricultural Association, County Fair, the County in which the County Fair is located, Lessor/Sublessor if fair site is leased/subleased, Citrus Fruit Fair, California Exposition and State Fair, or Entities (public or non-profit) operating California designated agricultural fairs, their directors, officers, agents, servants and employees are made additional insured, but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned.
