Prayer Guide to Releasing the Miraculous
Day 1 Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke? Isaiah 58:6 Begin these forty days with a period of fasting and cleansing. Decide what kind of fast you are going to do during this prayer season. Take time to seek the Lord or anyone you need to forgive, or receive forgiveness from. You might want to journal during this time to keep a record of all God does in you and through you. Day 5 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercies, Psalm 103:4 Personal Study Do you know people with terminal illnesses? There are diseases that are particularly debilitating. Particularly focus today on Alzheimers disease. Ask God to begin to heal loved ones with this disease that has caused so much grief among families. Believe for both Gods healing power in this area as well as breakthroughs in medical research. Day 10 Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard. Today we are especially praying over the wall of deliverance. Pray for those bound to addictions to drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and other substances to be free. Pray for all those bound in obsessive/compulsive disorders to be completely healed and set free. Pray for ministries that deal with street people and those in substance abuse. Continue to pray for the medial cures for: Alzheimers Autism Cancer Diabetes Worship Application Spend time praising God for His goodness, love, and mercy towards His people and the lost. Day 14 And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mothers womb, who had never walked. This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, Stand up straight on your feet! And he leaped and walked. Acts 14:8-10 Personal Application Today, God wants to release a greater measure of faith to believe in miracles. Personal Application God has promised through many prophetic words that He is coming with creative miracles in this new moving of the Holy Spirit. Creative miracles where God has grown new toes or limbs have taken place around the world. Believe God to begin to see them in the release of the miraculous across the earth. Matthew 12:13 Personal Application Press into God today for those crippled by strokes to be restored. God is the creator God. Remember that you are praying in agreement with hundreds of people around the world to see a new wave of creative miracles. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. There are many people who have sent in pictures (located in the prayer room at Christ for the Nations) of those who are hopeless in the eyes of the medical world. Maybe there are some in your own church in this condition. Let us believe God together to pour our mighty healings across the face of the earth: Healing for stroke victims Livers recreated New kidneys to be formed Day 17 Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. Believe God to heal those with diseases of the back and for creative miracles for those who are elderly and whose spines have minute fractures. Believe God to heal those with longstanding injuries or diseases such as this woman who was crippled with a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years: All congenital bone structures Osteoporosis Worship Application Worship songs such as Jason Uptons Freedom Day 20 Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him, And He took him aside from the multitude. Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly. God is able to heal the deaf and dumb today (the same as He did yesterday). Believe God for His power to sweep the world in a new release of miracles in this area. Is there one that particularly inspires faith in you or in your prayer watch? Use these under the Holy Spirits inspiration. Day 21 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off, And they lifted up their voices and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us! So when He saw them He said to them, Go show yourselves to the priests. And so it was that as then went, they were cleansed. Luke 17: 12-14 Personal Application Do you or anyone that you know have any sort of skin disease? While leprosy is largely under control there are people who suffer skin diseases today that are very painful. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. The God who created us is well able to heal us. There are many different skin conditions that cause a great deal of suffering. Some of them cause loss of pigment and others are quite painful. People suffer from some of these such as melanomas. Let us pray today that God will be glorified through miraculous healings of all sorts of skin diseases: Cancers that affect the skin Eczema Any and other rashes and dermatological problems Severe acne that scars the skin

Day 22 Now when Jesus had come into Peters house, He saw his wifes mother lying sick with a fever. And he touched her hand and the fever left her. Then she arose and served them. Matthew 8:14-15 Personal Application Have you ever known those who chronically fought infections and fevers in their body? This is often something that parents of young children have to fight against. Let us pray for all those suffering with chronic infections to be healed today. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. Many people suffer from allergies, sinus problems, as well as breathing related disorders such as asthma. Lets pray and believe for Gods power to heal chronic conditions such as: Allergies Asthma Bronchitis Pneumonia Sinusitis Worship Application Sing songs about God such as Im Desperate for you. Day 23 And suddenly a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment; for she said to herself, If only I can touch Him I shall be made well. But Jesus when He saw her He said, Be of good cheer, daughter, your faith has made you well. And the woman was made well from that hour. Matthew 9:20-22 Personal Application Many men and women have spent thousands of dollars going to doctors only to still be terribly ill. While the doctors are doing their best, there are some things only the great physician can heal. Day 24 Now when he said these things, He cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth! And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, Loose him and let him go. John 11:43-44 Personal Application Lazarus had to not only be freed from a spirit of death, but healed of whatever condition that caused the death. Pray for God to give a new release into the Body of Christ for the gift of working of miracles. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. This is a day to believe for the hard cases to be healed. Think of the people either on the prayer board or that you know are the toughest cases and believe God for the working of miracles to operate for them so they can be totally healed. Worship Application Sing Rise and Be Healed in the Name of Jesus. Day 25 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them. But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for the

just shall live by faith. Yet the law is not of faith, but the man who does them shall live by them. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse or us (for it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree). Galatians 3:10-13 Personal Application If you go to a doctor they will ask you question about whether or not your family had certain diseases. Some of these show chromosome defects that may eventually cause certain diseases to manifest. Pray together for healing from these diseases. Therefore we can ask Him to heal us of any genetic damages that might have come down to us in our genetics. Lets believe for healing of chromosomes problems such as still born children and many other conditions. Day 27 Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him., saying, Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented. And Jesus said to him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. .Then Jesus said to the centurion, Go your way; and as you have believed so let I be done for you. And his servant was healed that same hour. Matthew 8:5-8, 13 Personal Application Many people are afflicted with back injuries and diseases of all kinds. Do you need healing in your own back or does someone you know? Make a list and believe God for a great miracle for them. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. One of the most common causes of pain in the human body is due to pain in the back and neck. Lets believe God for all manner of miracles related to back problems: Herniated discs Ruptured discs Slipped discs Sciatica and radiating pain from the back Spinal bifida Day 28 And He (Jesus) said to him, Go wash in the pool of Siloam (which is translated, Sent). Jesus is very serious about our obedience. Is there anyone that you know that is not actually born again? Ask the Lord to give you a divine opening to pray for them and tell them how to become a Christian. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. God is calling us to pray and go. Intercede for a glorious outpouring of Gods grace upon the Body of Christ to use the laying on of hands as a tool for evangelism. Intercede for those whose pictures are on the wall of salvation. Day 29 And behold, there came a man named Jairus and he was a ruler of the synagogue. And he fell down at Jesus feet and begged Him to come to his house, for he had an only daughter about twelve years of age, and she was dying. But as He went, the multitudes thronged Him. someone came and told the ruler of the synagogueyour daughter is dead.Now all wept and mournedBut He put them all out, took her by the hand and called, saying, Little girl, arise. then her spirit returned. Luke 8:41-42, 49, 52, 54 Personal Application Many people are praying together around the world at this moment. Lets focus on the hardest cases where little children are involved. Ask God to heal those little ones who are suffering from no one to feed, clothe or pray for them. Lets be a Jairus to a generation of little children. Mathew 9:20-22 Personal Application Do you have a personal need of healing? Believe God to touch you today. Is there some family member that has been sick in a long-standing way? Ask God to heal them today. Corporate Intercession Pray that abortion will be overthrown. Lets believe God once again to heal all kinds of diseases related to blood diseases. God wants to release His healing power to those who have sought for healing in hospitals and doctors offices around the world and there is no cure except in Jesus. HIV/Aids Infertility Reproductive tract disease Day 31 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. Mark 16:17-18 Personal Application Join with the world-wide emphasis on miracles as we ask God to pour out a new move of the Holy Spirit where ordinary believers lay hands on the sick and see them recover. Seek the Lord for a new personal release and pray for the meetings in churches around the world as they begin ten nights of healing meetings. Make a list of hospitals in your area. Ask God to begin to release the anointing of God to heal the sick in them. Pray for those with diseases who live tragic lives in nursing homes. One of the greatest miracles is salvation. Pray for household salvations. Ask God to pour out His Spirit and bring prodigals home to Himself. Give testimonies of the lives that have been changed and healed. Believe God to heal: Cancer Emphysema Healing of lungs of those who had previously been smokers or affected by second-hand Smoke Lung diseases Pulmonary effusion (fluid outside the lungs in the chest cavity) Day 40 And a certain man lame from his mothers womb was carried whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple. And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them--walking, leaping, and praising God. Acts 3:2, 6-8 Personal Application This is the last day of the 40 Days. Assess all that God has done through you during this time. Are you flowing in signs and wonders? Believe God that this will not end, but that your life will be filled with His wonders. That it will be poured out upon every continent of the earth and that there will be complete breakthroughs on this day for all those who were listed on the walls of salvation, healing, and deliverance. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save

the sick and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:14-15 Personal Application There are many ways to pray for the sick. Anointing with oil is one manner of praying for the sick. Make sure that you have anointing oil and are ready to pray or the sick whenever the occasion arises.
