Who are the jury members of round 1 interviews?

Qualified students from written test will be called for Round 1 interview Duration of interview = 30 minutes

Evaluation Zones = 4

All the VTU affilliated colleges will be grouped into four zones. Qualified students will be asked to attend interview in their respective zone.

Evaluation Panel* = 16
Each zone will have 4 evaluation panels with 3 principals each. Total 16 evaluation panels.

Overview
VTU and iCMG jointly invites nominations from outstanding students to be considered for "Young Enterprise Architect" scholarship 2013.

General Criteria The mission behind these scholarships is to nurture interest and build competency in Enterprise Architecture among the young students. What Winners get Each scholarship winner will be awarded Rs. 1.0 Lakh. The money will be given in 10 equal installments of Rs. 10,000 each. Enterprise Architecture training (classroom and online training) worth Rs. 15000 Special pass for Global Architecture World summit in Bangalore in July 2013 worth Rs. 20,000 Gain global recognition as your name will be mentioned in iCMG and VTU website Who can submit the nomination? 1. Guidelines and rules for the scholarship Please read the following rules carefully. Any submission that does not comply with contest rules and regulations may be disqualified. 1. You must be a full-time student at one of the VTU affiliated colleges 2. This scholarship is only for 1st year MBA students (all specialization), 1st Year M Tech students (all specialization) and 3rd Year Engineering students (all specialization) 3. This scholarship is open to students (categories mentioned above) without any discrimination on the basis of sex, race, national or ethnic origin, marital status, disability, religion. 4. Your career goals, personal goals, reasons for applying for this particular scholarship is important part of your application. Think through before writing 5. Answer all questions as completely as possible. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. 6. All information received is considered confidential and is reviewed only by Scholarship Committee 7. Its four step evaluation process, consisting of a test and three rounds of interviews. Only those who qualify in the written test are called for the interview rounds. 8. Nominations are evaluated by independent panels of judges (consisting of nominees by colleges as well as industry experts). 9. Decisions of the jury will be final and binding on all the stakeholders 10. Scholarship Winners will be notified by VTU/iCMG. List of winners will be listed on the iCMG website ( or subsidiary) and VTU website 11. All the recipients of scholarship will be required to meet their defined roles and responsibilities in promoting and supporting EA CoE initiatives 12. The last date for submission for the 2013 "Young Enterprise Architect" scholarship applications is 6 pm, March 30 - 2013 Instructions and Information for filling scholarship form 1. Completed Nomination Forms must be submitted directly online (Click Here). 2. Only nominations submitted on this official Nomination Form will be accepted for review. 3. Nominations will be reviewed for accuracy and compliance by the scholarship committee members. 4. Only those applicants whose nomination forms are approved will be entitled for taking the written test (online) 5. Please type all answers and complete the nomination form in its entirety. Incomplete nomination forms (forms without all requested information) will not be considered for the written test. 6. Dear XXX, As a part of the Sir Visveswaraya Center for Excellence in Enterprise Architecture, iCMG will be offering scholarships to four students every year from VTU affiliated colleges. The scholarship amount is Rs. One lakh per student. In 2013, four students from the VTU affiliated colleges will be chosen for this scholarship, one student from each zone. There will be an independent evaluation process for selecting winners of this scholarship every year. This year, we have the following groups (zones) for the students1. 2. 3. 4. Bangalore zone 1 (50 colleges)- 4 panels with 3 principals each = 12 principals Bangalore Zone 2 (47 colleges) - 4 panels with 3 principals each = 12 principals Mysore Zone (54 colleges) - 4 panels with 3 principals each = 12 principals Belgaum and Gulbarga Zone (44 colleges) 4 panels with 3 principals each = 12 principals

I am attaching a document with details on the evaluation process, important dates and eligibility criteria for the students. We have also created a dedicated website to highlight the Enterprise Architecture Centre of Excellence activities.
