If we deliver somehow neutron to thermal region then chain reaction is possible in Unat !

Moderator
The problem is to deliver fission neutrons down to thermal energy. Moderator is a solution: {H2O, D2O, C}. Unat + H2O : best moderation but too many neutrons are captured in H2O Unat + C = RBMK reactor!!
