Avantis 70 SF windows and doors provide protection to property and people from unauthorised entry into buildings. Designed from inception to be compliant with current EU standards, the products have been independently tested for resistance to forced entry, and meet the most demanding standards when manufactured by an appropriately accredited fabricator.

System features Burglar resistance class WK3 according to the standard ENV 1627. Avantis 70 SF profiles have 3 chambers, coupled with 35 mm omega shaped, glass fibre reinforced PA 6.6 strips, which reduce thermal conduction. The result is that Avantis 70 achieves a high thermal performance level and improved total insulation, leading to lower total energy consumption, a positive benefit to the environment.. Building depth frame: 70 mm vent: 80 mm (windows) Insulation strips: 35 mm. The system accommodates glazing up to 57 mm Glazing with full polymer hybrid filling on the outside. Glazing with adapted EPDM sealing gasket on the inside. Different tubular glazing beads of 22 mm height.

Enhanced safety by design The Avantis 70 SF is developed to add increased security to buildings such as banks and ground floor offices The profiles have reinforced outside flanges Despite its slim sightline, Avantis 70 SF is a robust system that will discourage even the most determined intruder. Internal tubular glazing beads prevent unclipping from the outside. In combination with burglar resistant glass, safetyhardware and multipoint locking, the Avantis 70 SF ensures perfect resistance. Security level: Resistance class 3 (ENV1627 EN1630).

Easy fabrication Avantis 70 SF belongs to Eurosystem. It is compatible within the Avantis 70 profile range and complementary to other Eurosystem series and results in modularity between systems. This allows fabricators to keep a minimal stock to solve a maximum of solutions and to offer a maximum service. Punching tools specifically designed for the Eurosystem series ensure accurate and fast assembly. Euronut hardware groove for security hardware. EPDM central sealing gasket for windows. Preshaped angle junctions allow easy manufacturing Clamping corner cleats are foreseen.

Attractive design Avantis 70 SF is compatible within its profile and hardware range, as well as other Sapa Building System products such as our curtain wall and conservatory systems. Hidden drainage to avoid the requirement for cover caps. A comprehensive range of supplementary finishing profiles allows the fenestration to be integrated perfectly into the building. A wide choice of hinges, handles and hardware finalise your specific needs

Avantis 70 SF basic

Impressive Performance Avantis 70 SF includes several weather barriers by means of specially designed gaskets, a large decompression chamber and internal drainage to assure perfect weather resistance. Efficient chamber for pressure leveling which provides a better water tightness. Invisible drainage avoids infiltration of water behind the central sealing gasket. Effective water evacuation is ensured via punched drain holes. Special finishing profiles provide additional building drainage. Acoustic gasket in EPDM. Acoustic performance is greatly enhanced with multiple gaskets.

Avantis 70 SF SI

Finishes Over 400 powder coated paint colours in matt, gloss or satin. Unique wood effect, textured and textured metallic ranges are available. Anodised finish is also an option. Accessories can be supplied in corresponding colours to match the profiles. The polyamide thermal break allows bi-colour finishes. As a result, the exterior building requirements do not infringe the interior design requests. Our surface finishes meet the highest standards of Qualicoat or Qualanod.

Environment All profiles are easily cleaned. Aluminium does not rust, rot or tear and the shape will not deform. Aluminium is a green product: it can be recycled infinitely without quality loss.

SapaLogic is very much complete but modular still: the different versions can be adapted to your companys needs. SapaThermic is detailed thermal simulation software for doors, windows, sliding systems and curtain walls. It can either be linked to SapaLogic or act as a standalone version.
