June 5, 2013 at 1519 homs Officm were dispatched to 2321 Duncan Dr. on the repoii of a
situation that resulted in the injury to a child. When Officer's entered the apartment, the suspeCt, Kodi
W kept apologizing to Officer's. Officer's obServed Shunta Weatherspoon Sitting on the couch and she
had a l8cetation to the right side of her face that -was in a "U" type pattern. Shunta told Officer's that her h'Usband,
Kodi, Struck her sevem.l times in the face. Shunta was holding ail inflmt that was wrapPed in a blinket. When she
pulled the blanket o:f.fthe infBnt;s heRd Officer's saw a large piece of the scalp missing and it appeared the skUll was
