The annual turnover of EPI is around Rs1000 Crores. EPI requires young Graduate Civil/Electrical Engineers below 30 years of age, from recognized institutions, having one/two years post qualification experience in execution of projects in a reputed company. The selected candidates shall be appointed as Asst. Project Engineer / Project Engineer on contract basis, for posting at project sites of Western Region. Requirement of Project Engineer and Asstt. Project Engineer EPIL, engaged in implementation of turnkey civil construction and multi-disciplinary projects of diversified nature and providing Project Management Services is on the look out for Graduate Engineers with good academic record and experience to be appointed Project Engineer and Asstt. Project Engineer on Contract Basis to be posted at project sites in Western Region. The selected candidates are liable to be posted any where in India. The above vacancies are on contractual basis for one year extendable till completion of project at the discretion of EPI specifically for execution of the projects and not for the regular establishment of EPI. The appointment is co-terminus with the

project and will not confer any right to candidate to claim absorption in regular establishment of the Company or for appointment in other projects of the Company at any time. The number of vacancies shall be decided by EPI as per project requirement at present and or future requirement. The maximum age limit is 30 years as on 2.6.2013. The terms and conditions of service for the contract employees are as given in Annexure-I. Applicants are therefore advised to check their eligibility thoroughly so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage. Reservation for SC/ST and OBC shall be as per Govt. directives. The applicants must bring the original and attested copies of certificates in proof of age, caste (SC/ST/OBC), educational qualifications and experience while coming for the interview failing which the interview of the candidate will not be held. Applications should be strictly as per the prescribed format and those not conforming to the format or without/unclear/ambiguous certificates will be summarily rejected. EPI reserves the right to select or reject any candidate or annul this process without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Candidate shall make their own arrangement for traveling, stay etc. and no TA/DA allowance etc. shall be payable for attending this interview.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR CONTRACT EMPLOYEES Terms and Conditions of employment for the contract employees at the level of Project Engineers sand astt project engineerhall be as under:1. The duration of contract shall be initially for a period of one year, extendable for one year or till completion of project whichever is earlier, if the services of the candidates are found to be satisfactory. The appointment shall be co-terminus with the tenure of project. The appointment on contract basis will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the Company or for appointment in other projects of the Company at any time. The contract employees will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs 22,000/- per month for Project Engineers and 18000/- for astt project engineers There are no allowances over and above the consolidated salary. Salary is subject to statutory deductions notified from time to time by the Govt. of India . They will be entitled to bachelor accommodation at sites and no HRA for self or dependants shall be payable. They will be entitled for TA/DA as per rule of the company If they have to travel in connection with the work of Company as per direction of Site Incharge They will be entitled to 12 days Casual Leave in a calendar year and 15 days Earned Leave for each completed year of continuous service. The un-availed Earned Leave, if any, in a calendar year shall be carried forward till the end of the contract period and can be encashed on completion of contract period. They shall not be entitled any other allowance whatsoever beyond the consolidated salary mentioned in para 2 above or as specifically mentioned in other paras. They will be entitled to terminal benefit @ 15 days salary for each completed year of service. They will be covered under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme of the Company.

During the period of employment they shall conform to the work requirement and carry out the instructions of the superiors. They shall not act beyond their delegated authority and shall indemnify the Company for any losses suffered by it due to any of their wrongful act. The Job is transferable and the candidates will have the liability to serve anywhere in India as required by the exigencies of work an as may be decided by the Company. During the period of contract, the Company shall have the right to terminate the contract by giving one months notice in writing or by paying one months pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. They will also have the right to terminate their contract by way of resignation by giving one months notice in writing to the Company or by paying one months pay in lieu thereof, subject to its acceptance by the Company and after their handing over properly, the assets, documents, records etc. of the Company under their charge. However, the Company reserves the right not to accept their resignations. The continuance of the contract employment will be subject to satisfactory performance of work, regularity and punctuality of attendance. If any of the above is not found satisfactory, their services will be terminated without assigning any reason & without any notice period . Selected candidates shall produce at the time of joining, the following documents: i) Certificate of Medical fitness from the Medical Officer of the Company or tie-up Hospitals of the Company or Government / Municipal Hospitals. ii) Certificates and testimonials in support of their qualifications, experience, caste etc. (Original together with one Attested copy of each). iii) Unconditional release order from their present employer, if presently employed.

In the event any of the information given in bio-data/ application form or any other document in connection with employment in EPI, is found to be incorrect in any manner or after their joining appointment with EPI and if it is found that they have not revealed any relevant information, their services are liable to be terminated.
