Asian stocks are trading flat with concerns about Europe keeping investors sidelined amid some mixed signals on the state of the Chinese economy. INDEX TECHNICAL VIEW The Nifty witnessed a negative start for the last week amid sluggish global responses and pending domestic events i.e. Infy result and IIP data. The Index extended the fall for most of the session due to lack of buying participation. However, the Thursdays recovery helped the Nify to rebound from the intermediate support of 21-day EMA with a weekly closing just below 8-day EMA (first time since one month). The Nifty is likely to hold current trading range of 5630-5800 levels for this week, hence, any dip until 5630 would continue to attract speculative buying. In addition, the sustenance above 5700 mark can lead into a short-squeeze. Whereas, any slippage below those levels could help the Bears to gain further strength and that can force the Index to test 5530 levels.
