Do a visual inspection of the fuselage, empennage, wings, nacelles and associated elements to Check structure for impact damage Check that there is no evident fuel, oil or hydraulic leak Check that all ground access door are closed NOTE: Due to RVSM condition, special attention shall be paid during the visual inspection to check for dents, deformation and any other structural damage at marked areas of skin around the following elements: Sensor Angle of Attack (3 positions) Probe Pitot (3 positions) Probe Static (6 positions) Sensor TAT (2 positions)

WALK AROUND CHECK The parking brake must be ON during the exterior inspection, to allow checking of the break wear indicators. 1. Carry out a walk around check of the fuselage, wings, nacelles and empennage for general condition, cleaning and security. 2. Check screws/rivets availability and looseness 3. Check IDG low oil level (within green range) and carry out complete servicing if low. -Check cowlings and Pylons for damage and evidence of fuel, oil and hydraulic leakage. -Inspect visually stage 4 blades for unlatching and shingling.(FOR CFM Engines ONLY) -Fan thrust reverser door latches for proper closing (red indicator and protruding) Access doors and over pressure doors in place, closed and secured. -Check fan blades and spinner (free rotation by hand). -Check nose cowl, fan reverser and turbine nozzle for damage loose or missing rivets. -Check last stage LPT blades as visible with a flashlight for obvious damage and metal deposit. -Ensure hydraulic hand pump, used to open and close the thrust reverser cowls, is stowed on board of A/C. -Inspect the Intakes for fan blade damage and oil leaks -Inspect the air intake for security and proper fit -Inspect the cowling doors for security and proper fit -Inspect the lower cowling security and evidence of fluid leaks -Inspect the exhaust for turbine and tailpipe damage and evidence of fluids -Inspect the reverser doors for stowage and security, evidence of fluids

Clean cockpit and passenger cabin, toilets, galleys and empty ashtrays and check carefully waste bins for condition and closing flaps for proper operation. 2. Check pressure of portable oxygen cylinders fully charged in green band. 3. Check cockpit emergency equipment including crash axe for presence and proper stowage. 4. Check all onboard PBE`s for conditions & serviceability 5. Visual check of windshield outer seal 6. Check cockpit windshield and windows for damage. a. H. POST SERVICE ITEMS 1. Drain A/C potable water system, when required fill prior to departure (winter operation, or when A/C is on ground for more than 48 hours). 2. Ensure toilets are serviced as required. 3. Drain water from all fuel tanks at water drain valves, check for contamination of fuel from water and foreign matters as judged by color (Ref. to applicable AMM12-32-28/3). After drainage ensure drain valves are properly seated and not leaking. (Ref. AMM 12-32-28/3). 4. Ensure refuel coupling caps are in place and secure. 5. Ensure dipsticks are retracted and secured. 6. Ensure serviceable spare tires are on board the A/C 7. Ensure all cabin doors, cargo compartment doors and service panels are properly closed and secured.

I. Make sure that all service panels bonding wires are available and in good condition J. Make sure that all oil service panels are closed and secured (Tap the panel by hand to make sue it is closed) Make sure that the AVIONICS TRANSIT MP Form # A320-B (latest issue) is Signed and attach the signed copy with this Transit check. Make sure that the CABIN GENERAL AVIONICS TRANSIT MP Form # A320-C (latest issue) is Signed and attach the signed copy with this Transit check Make sure that the FLEET CABIN MECH. MP Form # 061-ALL (latest issue ) is Signed and attach the signed copy with this Transit check Make sure that the SECURITY CHECK LIST MP form SCL100 is Signed before A/C Departure (at LM only) and attach the signed copy with this Transit check ICING CONDITION In Cold weather condition: Check that the A/C is free from ice deposits, frost, snow, slush (wing, control surfaces, vertical & horizontal stabilizer and rudders) Plan an eventual de-icing. Remove deposits from engine Air Intakes.
