May 2013 Dear Pastor and friends, Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

The plans for our trip to Botswana, Africa in November are coming together and we are so pleased that a young man from our Bible Institute here at Liberty will be going with us. His name is Justin Burger. Our airline tickets have been booked, confirmed and purchased. However, we are still in need of funds to cover, food, housing, transportation and other ministry needs. Our goal is to raise an additional $3,000 for these. We are asking you to prayerfully consider what God might have you to do to assist us. This amount represents 30 churches each helping us with $100. Thank you for your prayerful consideration of this request! I apologize ahead of time for this lengthy letter, but it is necessary in order to bring you up to speed as to what God is doing in our life, and we do request that you take the time to read it in full. Prior to my trip to Botswana last September, we had been praying that God would provide someone to surrender to go to there to continue the work. After my trip, new doors opened to re-enforce these needs. Continuing in prayer, we asked God to please send someone; still no answer! Then at the beginning of this year, our pastor was preaching on Nehemiah. The only thing I can remember is that he said something about Nehemiah not coming down off the wall and continuing his course and not quitting. At that moment, I was reminded by God of my prayer request to Him when he first called us to missions, which was, God, if I surrender to your calling to go, please do not let me quit. From that point on all I have been hearing is what about you going to Botswana? My reply has been up until recently, But God, you know we had to return to the States for medical reasons, and there are many obstacles that need to be removed for us to even consider this. You all know the reply I got, I am God, the creator of heaven and earth, all powerful, the author and finisher of your faith. Dont you think I can remove them all? So besides our trip being a preaching and teaching one, it is also a mini survey trip. We covet your prayers for a clear direction. We are actually putting a fleece out there asking the Lord to give us a clear yea or nay when we put our feet back on US soil in December.

Should we receive a yea it will be for at least two years. Because we do not want to have to go back on the road raising additional support, we are asking that our present supporters prayerfully consider raising our support for a two year period. For those that have dropped our support, please prayerfully consider reinstating it for a two year period; and those that know us and have never supported us to please consider taking us on for a two year period. I believe that over the past 25 years we have proven ourselves; we know the culture, and we have many contacts and will not be starting out as novices. In addition, we have a clear plan to be put into place which we will share when God reveals to us the yea or nay. Should the Lord give us the yea, our desire is to return as quickly as possible. Should we receive a nay we also have a clear vision for our ministry. Until we receive clear direction from God, we are putting our efforts towards our trip and the present needs of I AM Ministries. Prayer Requests: Wisdom Health Additional funds for our upcoming trip I AM Ministries funding for operational costs and support for nationals Our family Wedding of Isaac Nkele, which I will doing the ceremony in Botswana Justin Burgers finances needed for trip in November and a clear direction for him from the Lord. Souls to be saved and lifes to be changed on our trip Meetings to present the ministry God has given us.
