involving the -- around the T.M. incident and I just wanted to find out from you how did you actually become involved? There was a case around the time

of March 21, somewhere in that area, and somehow you became involved. If you could please just state on

the record what your involvement was. A My involvement is that I'm the assistant He was suspended
