LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARCUS DIOMEDES Z. ARCENIO

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, MARCUS DIOMEDES Z. ARCENIO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to MARIA ELENA Y. ARCENIO, born on the 10th of September, 1998, a resident of 97 Privet Drive, HelmsDeep Village, Makati City, Philippines being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which I am well conversant, fluent and knowledgeable. And I hereby declare that: I. I desire that when I die, it is my wish to be buried according to the rites of the most Holy Prophet, Zoroaster and that my wife attend such burial as suttee of the highest honor and attended to by our servants and to be witnessed by all of our friends; II. To my beloved wife MARIA ELENA Y. ARCENIO, I give and bequeath the following property to wit: (a) Fifteen (15) Acres of Agricultural Land identified by TCT No. 89765630 located at Panatag, Gatanap Shoal, Batanes, including the property known as Drowinglangtow Manor located therein; (b) All of my preferred shares of stock in San Miguel Corporation, Globe Telecom and Mang Kepweng Pharmaceuticals; (c) All of my Sarao Land Automobile Transportation Models spanning from 1957 to 1989; (d) My considerable collection of postage stamps documenting the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich; III. To my esteemed children, MARIUS SEBASTIAN Y. ARCENIO and ALEXA SAMANTHA Y. ARCENIO I give and bequeath the following properties to wit in equal shares: (a) 32 acres of Agricultural Land identified by TCT No. 764839345 located at Nasugbu, Batangas and all of the business establishments and coconut processing facilities that I have built therein throughout the years of my raw product enterprise; (b) Ownership over Gintong Aral Publishing House, Inc.;

IV. To my dear brother, MATHIAS FRANCISCO Z. ARCENIO I give and bequeath the following properties to wit: (a) Ownership of a ten storey building known as Milestone Building located at 895 Leveriza St., Manila; (b) My farm in Nasugbu, Batangas including ownership over its facilities and the cattle and fowl located therein; (c) My Blue 1973 Ford Mustang Shelby and 1965 GTO V. To my loyal assistant, ROBERTO MAALIKAYA I give and bequeath all of the books in my library in order to further his education and my Beatles memorabilia except the art house glasses worn by John Lennon when he was assassinated, which is to be given by him personally to be exhibited at the Museong Pambata. VI. I hereby designate ERNESTO MAPAGKAKATIWALAAN, the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in his incapacity, I name and designate FERNANDO KADUDADUDA as his substitute. VII. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament or his substitute need not present any bond; VIII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published preceding this Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this seventh day of July, 2048, in Quezon City, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, do hereby affirm that the forgoing is the last Will and Testament of MARCUS DIOMEDES Z. ARCENIO and we certify that the testator executed this document comprising of four (4) pages while of sound mind and memory. That the testator signed this document in our presence, at the bottom of the last page and on the left hand margin of each and every page, and we, in turn, at the testator's behest have witnessed and signed the same in every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of the testator and of the notary public, this seventh day of July, 2048 at Quezon City, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the city of Quezon, Metro Manila, Philippines personally appeared:

The testator MARCUS DIOMEDES Z. ARCENIO, with CTC No. 86236 issued at Novaliches, Quezon City on June 26, 2047; Witness, LEANDRO TOK-ANG J. LOCSIN, with CTC No. 789999 issued at Sta. Analiza, Manila on April 1, 2039; Witness, RICARDO SAMUEL ONGSINGCO J. PUNO, with CTC No. 427986 issued at Camarin Look, Quezon CIty on March 17, 2035; Witness, MARCELO FERDINAND RAVENA, with CTC No. 456345 issued at Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City on February 19, 2014;

all known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing Will, the first as testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively acknowledged to me that the same as their own free act and deed. This Last Will and Testament consists of four (4) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
