Jats get OBC status in Delhi: Chief Minister of Delhi.

New Delhi, July 5 The Delhi Government today granted an OBC status to the Jat community in the city, thus providing it the benefits of reservation in government services. The decision was announced by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today in an All India Jats Convention at Talkatora Stadium. Terming the community the backbone of the economy, Dikshit said that it has been deeply involved in agriculture and is politically conscious. It has produced mass leaders. "Jats rendered substantial contribution to the freedom struggle. In fact, the community actively took part in the 1857 freedom struggle. It is learnt that every Jat family has been sending one of its family members to the Indian Army," she said. She also agreed to their demand for giving them land for building a 'Kisan Bhawan' in Delhi. She asked the leaders of Jat Mahasabha to submit an application in this regard. The allotment of land will be done by the Delhi Development Authority which comes under the Union Urban Development Ministry.

With out any reason, my application has been rejected by the Administration, where as the inquary officials get signatures from my nebours on blanck form papers in evening on gazzette holiday and we dont know what they have written, where as Municipal Councellor issued residence proof and SHO, Prashant Vihar also issued certificate after varification, which is attached here for ready reference.

Like wise my another application of issuance of OBC certificate, which is still pending with the Administration.
