What we provide: Personal Supplies: Paper Towels, toilet paper, hand soap, facial soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Please be aware however there is no daily housekeeping service. Kitchen: The kitchen will be supplied with all the cooking tools, place settings, and dishwasher tablets/soap you will need. In addition, the gas grill is waiting for your BBQ artistry on the backyard deck. Games: Small assortment of games, some with small piece, so children should be supervised when playing the games. Day Trips? We got you covered! Lori and Lisa have put together a beach kit for a trip to the coast, or grab the picnic kit for a visit to the Columbia Gorge, or just a few blocks over to Mt Tabor park. Internet/Technology/Landline: There is a wireless network and directions for connecting to the system are on the kitchen counter. We also have a printer/scanner/fax, should you need to print a document, boarding pass, send a fax, etc. Finally, the phone is a traditional landline and all calls are free. Misc: Hairdryers, electric grill, flat panel TVs, DVD players, selection of movies, MP3 player, etc Parking: Finally, you are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The garage is typically our storage space for supplies and upcoming projects, so please contact us in advance if you would like to use this space for your auto during your stay. Childrens Items: Packnplay & high-chair (available upon request). Rules of the house: Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and incur an additional cost. Please ensure you have discussed the specifics of your four legged friends prior to booking. No Smoking: Guest in violation will forfeit their security deposit, will be evicted from the property and will be required to pay any remediation fees. No Rowdiness: We are all about fun but please keep in mind that our house is in a neighborhood. As our neighbors try to keep the noise down so should we. Upon second report of noise, we will evict. You must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy: You may be asked to verify age at check-in. If you cannot produce adequate proof, you will be turned away and any monies paid will be retained. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited: It is grounds for immediate eviction and / or a call to the police. Owner or Owners Agent: May enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours notice, for normal maintenance or to show a prospective renter. Check in: Check-in is at 3:00 PM - or later. It may be possible to check in earlier. Please make any requests prior to your arrival, in writing. Check-Out: Check-out is typically 11:00 AM. It may be possible to check-out earlier. Please make any requests 30 days prior to your arrival - in writing.
BY AGREEING TO RENT THIS PROPERTY, I UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES REQUIRED DUE TO OCCURRENCES DURING MY STAY.
