The Mind Matters courseware is comprised of carefully developed lessons and exercises for a hands-on approach to learning. The following training modules are customized and prepared after understanding the requirements of the clients. The modules are regularly revised and worked upon. We are dedicated to developing and teaching modules aimed at empowerment and transformation of individuals. We believe that this is the most meaningful and lasting method not only of growth of people, but of the companies they are employed by. 1. Personal Empowerment (Motivating Self and Others): This session empowers participants with advanced techniques from around the world, which can help them to cope with every kind of external challenge. It has the potential to make participants look at life differently: with passion, zest and enthusiasm. All people have ambitions and dreams in life: They wish for more money, a better career, healthier, more physical fitness, warmer, more intimate relationships. Just like anything else in life there are patterns of success and patterns of failure, patterns of fulfillment and patterns of frustration. Since success leaves clues, we need to model those who were already succeeding - those who consistently felt happy and fulfilled , had

great financial rewards and radiant physical health , enjoyed deep and lasting personal relationships seemingly without effort, and just woke up each day with abundant energy and excitement for life. 2) Managing Stress:This stress management module involves techniques in stress management on the lines of Yoga, that can be utilized at the workplace and at home. Quick and practical stress relieving exercises, breathing techniques are demonstrated and taught. This module is completely hands on and experiential and involves minimal use of notes and lecture style training. Participants will learn and try out tips and techniques to antidote immediate symptoms of stress as well as learn a regular practice, which if sustained, will guarantee a level of wellness they may never, yet, have experienced. A level of wellness, which will allow them to make choices that can bring a paradigm shift in their lives. This is NOT merely a stress-management intervention but a profoundly holistic program that touches on physical, mental and emotional well-being. 3) Developing Effective Communication Skills: This module is on the fastest way to acquire excellent communication and presentation skills. It uses various experiential and fun activities to demonstrate how communication gets distorted and what can then be done to remedy it. The module includes inculcating Listening Skills, Reading Body Language, and the actual practice of effective, direct communication. Assertiveness is also focused upon, with actual formats being taught to perfect it. A very valuable module that can be useful for all employees at various levels. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to increase employment opportunities and to compete successfully in the business environment. The real key to the effectiveness of professionals is their ability to put their domain knowledge into effective practice. In this context, soft skills have a crucial role to play. If employees and managers know how to deal with people at the emotional level (peers, subordinates, superiors, clients, suppliers, etc.) through Emotional Intelligence (EI), they can build and sustain effective relationships that will result in mutual gain. 4) Developing Team Synergy: Getting a group of people together to synergize and become a team is the need at every workplace. Synergy implies taking responsibility, pro-activity, participation and above all, ownership for the task at hand. Communication is a must as is the ability to understand the importance of each person's contribution. Through a highly

interactive activity that presupposes all these factors, in a very short time, all these dynamics come into play. The activity is customized to address the issues facing the team in question. Various aspects of team synergy are touched upon and real-life situations will also be analyzed.
