The question is that the countries from the traditions and actual performance are not present Why? (Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Nederland, Germany etc.. ITALY, GERMANY, NEDERLAND, BRAZIL, ARGENTINE, THEY ARE TO MANY, TO GOOD AND THEY MUST BE BETWEEN THE 24 WORLD COUNTRIES FOR YOUTH FOOTBALL TOO, etc.. The practical explanation are: 1. There is a shortage of big talents as generations; 2. There is new generation to come for the next edition and they concentration on that team, for the next world cup U-20; 9 3. The new world of football are buying super-stars from all over the world, than, there is another mutation of the world of football (if they have money) to buy super-stars! Etc

FINAL 4 NATIONAL TEAM U-20, EDITION 2013

PLACE: 3 VS. 4: Iraq vs. Ghana: 0-3 PLACE: 1 vs. 2: France vs. Uruguay: 4-1 (After penalties) Few technical considerations * 5 National teams, out of 8 are FROM LATIN FAMILY PLAYING CONCEPT; * 2 Teams from ASIA: Iraq + Korea; Tradition starting from a long time in growing young players, and 1 Team from Africa: if is not Nigeria, Is GHANA! Very big interest in growing super-stars players The 3 & 4 place, Ghana & Iraq, belong to the MIX-CONCEPT OF PERFORMANCE; The Place 1 & 2 = The grand finals 2013 was played FRANCE VS. URUGUAY!

12

WHAT ARE THE MAIN PRINCIPLES. RULES & FACTORS OF TRADITIONAL CONCEPT OF GROWING SUPER-STARS?
1. DESTINY ( continent, country, traditions education, government, football associations, clubs, coaches dedicated and specialized,) etc.. 2. GENETIC CODE for football (Talented); CONTINENT + TRADITIONS 3.COUNTRIES, with other considerations, as followings: 3.1. The National Football Associations, traditions, To grow super-stars for the National Teams-super-stars players; 3.2. The Countries/with Professional Leagues Football, interested to grow super-stars, for their clubs; 3.3. For the Professional Club specialized in growing SUPER-STARS PLAYERS, just to play professional- SELLING THEM, as a way of life for most of the big clubs, coaches, leaders)! 4. LOCATION OF THE CLUB, COUNTRY, CONTINENT: 4.1. If they are located in the south hemisphere of the planet, they have a 12 month football season, with less life conditions, with less interest in becoming a profession-specialist in sciences, industry, etc 4.2. Football is their life, profession, dream to play around the world and come back to help the families and eventually, to 13 develop businesses, to change their social status!

Winning formula for Iraq: Power + Sprint + Team/Fight + Only long Pass + Fight + Anglo - Saxon Football Concept; 3. UNFORTUNATELY, the penalty, concentration and relaxation, its not trained! 4. Like the COFEDEREATIONS CUP, Uruguay, FORLAN, the best players was missed the first penalty and the team was losing the finally, the game at penalties! 5. The Uruguay lost their TIMING AND SHORT PASS, TIMING TO CONTROL THE BALL, THE OPPONENT AND THE GAME!

The Game has ATTACK AND DEFENSE 5.2. NON STOP (30+30) and SET PLAYS (15+15) minutes 5.3. The conclusions is simple? There is a shortage of time to train the SET PLAYS (Free Kick & corner, where the players are specialized very well, most of the goals being scored from the SET PLAYSfrom any part of the field, from 35m. 5.4. FOR PENALTY, usually the Coaches preparing 5 players, and the rest of the players, are emotionally WEAK and they need during the penalties and the number is over 5, the players are not capable to control emotional stress and lose the concentration and shoot out, or the Goalkeeper is catching or stopping the ball! WHAT WE NEED TO POINT OUT IS SIMPLE: Penalty is a very special skill + very special EMOTIONAL requirement for training (More oxygen, relax and when start, you have to accelerate to finish, with maximum of concentration, with special changes in running and position of body, legs and footthe Goalkeeper dont understand the direction of shooting WHEN WE ARE TALKING ABOUT GOALKEEPER, the aspect are reverse> A study of development of the shooter speed, 15 leg of shooting, technic of kick the ball, the twist of the

FIFA.COM = STATISTICS AND COMMENT: As France prepare to face off against Uruguay for the FIFA U-20 World Cup crown on Saturday, FIFA.com looks over some of the eye-catching facts and figures from this enthralling youth event. 149 goals have been scored in Turkey 2013s 50 matches, making for an impressive average of 2.98 goals per game. It means that, with two games still to play, this is already the second-highest-scoring FIFA U-20 World Cup of the past decade, having moved past Colombia 2011 (132), Canada 2007 (135), Netherlands 2005 (143) and UAE 2003 (119). There will, however, need to be a spectacular and unprecedented goal-fest in the final and third-place match if the tournaments all-time record Egypt 2009s 167 - is to be equaled or broken. 34 = of Turkey 2013s 50 matches have ended either in a draw or in a victory by a one-goal margin, testament to the competitive and evenly matched nature of this competition. Fortunately, the score line conspicuous by its absence has been 0-0. Just one of the 50 games thus far, Mali-Greece, has finished goalless, an all-time low since the FIFA U-20 World Cup adopted a 24-team format. 17 = successive FIFA U-20 World Cup matches without a win is the unenviable tournament record with which England returned home after failing to survive the group phase. Remarkably, the Young Lions have now failed to register a single victory in any of their last five appearances at this youth showpiece, and must look back 16 years to a Michael Owen-inspired 1-0 win over Mexico at Malaysia 1997 for their last success. 15 = goals have established France as the tournaments top scorers thus far, and eight different players have been responsible for establishing this substantial tally. The plethora of French goal scorers is reminiscent of the 1998 FIFA World Cup on home soil, when the trophy was secured by strikes by nine different Bleus players, in addition to one own goal. Whether Les Bluest can repeat that success in this, their first FIFA U-20 World Cup final, will be revealed on Saturday. 14 = years without an Asian semi-finalist was the run that Iraq brought to an end with their memorable run to the last four. Hakeem Shakirs side also became the first team to go into extra time in three of their matches at a single FIFA U-20 World Cup, prevailing in the first two before losing out to Uruguay on penalties in the third. La Celestes triumph was the first U-20 semi-final decided by a shootout since Spain overcame the Soviet Union 4-3 on spot-kicks in 1985. 5 = is the tally on which Portugals Bruma, Jese of Spain and Ghana star Ebenezer Assifuah are currently tied at the summit of the Turkey 2013 scoring chart. Of this trio, only Assifuah has the chance to add to his haul in Saturdays concluding matches, although the Black Satellites No17 will know that Uruguay s Nicolas Lopez and Yaya Sanogo of France are just a goal behind and could yet overtake him with a starring role in the final. 4 = confederations were represented in the semi-finals, the fifth time in the tournaments history that there has been such an even geographical spread at the tournaments penultimate stage. All four teams will, of course, be playing for something on Saturday, when they battle for podium places in the final and third-place; 4 = South American sides successfully made it through the group stage, giving CONMEBOL the only 100 per cent record in this respect. Only one of this quartet remains standing, of course, with Uruguay now hoping to win the trophy in their second final appearance, having lost 2-1 to old rivals Argentina in the Malaysia 1997 decider. 3 = of the Turkey 2013 quarter-finals went to extra time and/or penalties, continuing a remarkable sequence of last-eight ties going the distance at the FIFA U-20 World Cup. This pattern of 75 per cent of the quarter-finals lasting 120 minutes, and often beyond, has now been maintained for five straight editions, with just five of the last 20 settled inside the regulation 90. 1 = win at a FIFA 11-a-side tournament is the record with which El Salvador proudly returned home after recording their historic first-ever victory here at Turkey 2013. 16 That 2-1 triumph over Australia, secured by their first goals at the FIFA U-20 World Cup, has already been described as the greatest achievement in the Central Americans football history. HONOR TO THE MASER COACHES FOR THE U-20 WORLD CUP -2013:
LIST OF THE COACHE FOR THE 24 NATIONAL TEAM FOR U-20-2013 We controlled and presenting the list of the coaches from all 24 national teams, participants The reason has been, to demonstrate that all NATIONAL COACHES from all 24-teams are from their countries, no imported professional coach from another country!?!?; There are three categories of super-professional-coaches: 1. YOUTH COACHES: for kids:04-11 years; Juniors: 12-16 & Youth: 17-21 years 2. PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUB COACHES; 3. NATIONAL TEAM COACHES! From the development of the U-20: 1.There are few national teams playing their teams well known PERFORMANCE CONCEPT ESTABISHED, Prepared & perfecvted for tournament 2. From what we observed, No coach has a Cod of communication between him and the team: everything is developing by desperate calls ! 3. Another interesting aspect of the game is very strange: every team was SPEED + LONG BALL + FAULTING = TO SCORE AND WIN THE GAME! 4. On the same line of the game , we were surprised by the brutal spirit of the game most of the TACKLING are running on the opponent, 17 forcing his to fall down-by faulting, and then, talking with Referee, like friends!

Technical Note: *Second half, Ghana has ben better team from all points of vie, of highest level of football concept.
* ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE FIFA- as United Nations through Football: implementing the planet new principle of life: UNITY IN DIVERSITY: * There were in the field 2 teams composed Ghana by 11 players + France 9 players color (except 2 French white players) It was a PLEASANT surprise to see in the field, two excellent color player, from different countries, this relatively strange teams compositions, showing the WORLD POSITIVE MUTATIONS, the biggest development of world of social, sportive, religious, politic, color of skin, value of education, reunited in the WORLD FOOTBALL WITHOUT FRONTIERS, BY FIFA, THE 2nd UNITED NATIONS IN SPORT-FOOTBALL! SUPERB! Both teams with common characteristic in playing modern football: 1.Menally with a very professional commitment to the game and positive attitude; 2. Physically, they were already professionals, big body - athletes, excellent qualities and almost perfect effort capacities; 3. What was make the difference, Ghana played individual skills: MORE SHORT PASSES + long passes too; and FRANCE, MORE LONG + short passes too, 2 good teams! 4. What make the difference between the two teams, has been the EDUCATION OF FOOTBALL PERFORMANCE CONCEPT, and this is the LATIN CONCEPT OF WORLD FOOTBALL NEW CONCEPT, ALREADY ACEPTED BY ALL THE FOOTBALL COUNRIES, BUT, THEY HAVE NOT IMPLEMENTED THE NEW CONCEPT /SYSTEM OF PLAYING:

The Penalties final game: France vs. Uruguay: 4-1

1. THE TEAMS WERE ALMOST IN EVERTHING EQUALLY, EXCEPT THE inspiration OF THE FRENCH GOALKEEPER!. WHO STOPPED 2 PENALTIES AND FRENCH WON THE GAME, THE CUP AND SUPREMACY FOR U-20/2013! 2. As we discuss for the 2 games A ALMOST IN EVERYTHING AN EQUALITY, and a LAW OF COMPENSATION! In semifinals, we get the same situation of extra-time and Penalties, Uruguay vs. Iraq, was given the priority to Uruguay, as they given the benefit to FRANCE, and they lost the CUP! 3. We have to come back with the same, aspect of PREPARATION THE PLAYERS FOR THE PENALTIES! 4. The best shooters are not the best players from the teams. There is a condition of MENTAL+PHYSIC+SKILLS; 5. The mental preparation is the key of individual scoring goals and qualify! 6. If we are comparing the last 4 teams, we can get few interesting considerations: 7. THE REALLY VERY GOOD 4 TEAMS, AFTER THE LAST 2 GAMES, WHERE: 1. Ghana, Uruguay, France and Iraq! 8. Of course, one of the proposal, IF THE 4 TEAMS WILL HAVE ANOTHER GAME, to play like league, GHANA WAS THE MOST POWERFUL AND GOOD FOOTBALL IN BOTH GAME, AND THEY PLAYED FINALLY BETTER! 9. But the tournament, was all over a successful for FOOTBALL, and; 10. The new generation are showing lot of good talents, but, still at U-20 NATIONAL TEAMS, THE POWER WON AGAINST THE SKILLS AND GAME STRATEGIES! 11. This has happened because they were absent the

The Grand Final of the FIFA WORLD CUP FOR u-20 FROM Turkey:
1. Has been a very common championship game, between one of the 16 teams, as value. 2. The finals has been an ordinary game, from the tournament! 3. Between GHANA Vs. IRAQ, THE SUPERIRITY OF GHANA, has been 2 classes as value: Speed, Skills, 1 vs. 1, art of passing, controlling the ball, the game and the opponent and 3-0 is a perfect score to demonstrated the superiority, from all football points of view, of football value! 4. France was swimming against the opposition of Uruguay, unable to have a clear situation to score, and the Uruguay, missed few really interesting goal situations, but? THE SAME SITUATION! 5. Both teams were under the psychological stress and pressure to play better, score and win! But they didn't play better that Uruguay, they were very much dominated by the Uruguay and their wonderful skill, game strategies, but, again, unable to have FTESHNESS TO SCORE AND WIN!

Few technical & game strategies from the final game FRANCE vs. URUGUAY: 13-07-2013, ISTAMBUL, Turkey: 0-0 (4-1 penalties) SKILLS FOR PLAYING IN ATTACK

*Both teams were playing good individual Skills, particularly PASSING SHORT AND LONG BALL! Also Uruguay better skills than France, who was using short passes to prepare long ball, without any direction! There were few situations to score, but the EMOTIVITY was so big, they were not capable! Even penalties!

SKILLS IN DEFENSE:
Skills in defense were less accurate than in attack, and almost at 3 attack one was fault: pushing, holding, kicking with any part of body, diving and faulting the opponent without touching the ball! The referee were in very difficult situation, as usually!

How Football will look in the future 10-20 years: for 5-10, U-20 FIFA WORLD CUPS?
LOOKING FORWARD FOR CHANGES IN NATURA, SOCIETY, HUMAN BEING PERSONALITIES AND PARTICULARLY PROFESSIONALISATION OF FOOTBALL: We are convinced that the changes in generally and in Football particularly, are done slowly, due to the objectives and subjective factors, as following:

EDUCATION OF COACHES AND SUPPORT STAFF: to become super-stars, to prepare super-stars, to play super-performance-football:
1.
2. 3.

We are not very well prepared in the first period of life: GENERAL EDUCATION: Primary, Junior-High and High-Schools (TO BE like in football, to learn the basic skills, when the mind, body and social rules are understanding fully by any of the super-stars players, and later, as Coaches, Leaders, Referees, Scientifics, etc We are not prepared professionally very well: PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: Physical Education College with FOOTBALL SPECIALIZATION + Professional Football Coaching Schools: 3-2-1 year, in our courtiers, or on the elite football coaches countries school/concept of performance in football; We are not prepared to be SUPER-PROFESSIONALLY, FOR HIGHEST LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE: Working in Professional Leagues; Working in the INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL COUNTRIES, as CLUB, or NATIONAL TEAM JOBS (and surprisingly no coach out of 24 are from another countries, for the U-20 FIFA-World Cup, 2013.)

PROFESSIONALISM FOR PLAYERS:

1. The biggest mistake of human being-in generally and of human-being-super-players-particularly, IS THE EDUCATION FOR PLAYERS: 4-21 years/YOUTH PERIOD 1.1. Period of Kids: 04-11 years: PRE-PUBERTY PERIOD OF DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND ADJUSTMENT TO THE WORLD, when the development of super-stars are not identifying, not treating them like a super-gifted kids, potential candidate for the world cup and champions, future life. 1.2. Period of Juniors: 12-16 years: PUBERTY PERIOD OF PUBERTY- the maturation, when the personality: Intelligence, character, judgment, taking decision vs., risk, The social inter-relationships, positive vs. negative attitude, social hobbies, etcHere is the period of TO BE OR NOT TO BE A SUPER-STAR PLAYERS; 1.3. Period of YOUTH: 17-21 YEARS: POST PUBERTY: Is the certitude of becoming a super-star: THE FIRST PROFESSIONALIZATION with FIRST DIVISION FOOTBALL LEAGUE, CLUB AND NATIONAL TEAMS OF: U-17, U-18; U-19, U-20. etc

PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE FOOTBALL POINTS OF VIEW: FIFA LAWS OF THE GAME + COMPETITIONS: for youth & adults:
1. Congratulation to FIFA for the wonderful concept, management, implementation of the world cups! But the society is developing, the 21ST Century ask FIFA: 1.1. To modify the tyranny of BRUTAL AND PHYSICAL GAME-INTENTIONALLY! We need to get out 15 min. on RED CARD, without replacement; and can play again! 1.2. 18/20 Players in the roster. We get 21/22 players and they cant play, just because there is a obsolete rule? Please, change is for many advantages to football! 1.3. Play effective game of 70 minutes, this having COMMON SENSE of LIFE, SCIENTIFIC BODY FUNCTIONALY; given the chance to substitute, recover, revitalize, etc.. 1.4. Please, decide NOW, FOR THIS CATEGORY-PARTICULARLY, to replay the strange game situations, in a JUDGES T.V. ROOM! We are in the 21 Century; 1.5. We need to have the best REFEREES, and PARTICULARLY, TO BE PROFESIONALIZED(Now they are the single amateur to judge the professional superstars, etc.. Dear MR. PRESIDENT BLATTER, DEAR friends without frontiers, LETS ACT, NOW, HISTORY TO GIVE YOU GLORY PERFECTING THE GOOD, TO THE BEST! Thank You & FIFA, ON BEHALF OF THE MILIONS OF COACHES, PLAYERS, REFEREES, FAMILIES, SOCIETY, FOOTBALL AND ACTUAL-FUTURE CHAMPIONS!
