Supervise and manage Quality assurance/Quality control monitoring of civil engineering works in SPDC-W and validation of work practices in accordance with contract and project work scope; Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities; Ensure that materials and test services incorporated in the project are fully compliant with the contract specifications and quality plan; Set up and implement procedures for testing and acceptance of materials, Ensure that all testing equipment and devices provided are calibrated and maintained, Maintain first-level quality assurance to ensure the construction and installation of all works is in accordance with the plan, specifications, and commonly accepted standards, Establish field inspection and testing procedures.
