a. Immigration & Citizenship, Alexander Aleiniko , 7th Edition, 2012. ISBN 978-0-314-26709-2 b. Business Immigration Supplement, Sean Olender (free, PDF le available on TWEN, or by e-mail) I will hold o ce hours from 11:45 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Tuesdays in Warren Hall, Room 123 or 125. Rooms are available on a rst-come basis; if both rooms are taken, I will sit in the waiting area outside the rooms. I am also happy to schedule Skype video or telephone consultations when convenient. a. Attendance: Class attendance is required. Two absences are permitted without penalty or excuse. Please contact me in advance of additional absences. Attendance will be recorded on a sign-in sheet. b. Participation: I may add up to two points or subtract one from a students nal grade based on class participation and attendance. c. Midterm: 1.5 hour essay, mostly race horse, will comprise 25% of your class grade . (exam on a Friday) d. Final Exam: 2.5 hour essay, mostly race horse, will comprise 75% of your class grade . Read all material and review all problems in assigned page ranges. All assigned pages are Aleiniko text unless preceded by Supplement which means you should read those pages in the supplement. If the Aleinikoff book does not reprint a case and only provides the rule/summary, read only the rule/summary.
