About us AVR Fasteners Limited was established in the year of 1995 under the able guidance of Mr. Atul Sehgal (who is an engineer in Industrial Production) the present Managing Director of the company. He was later joined by Mr. Vipul Sehgal in the year 1998 , who after doing his MBA further expanded the reach of the company to international clients and other OEM buyers in India of the company. Today, AVR Fasteners has risen to a company that is providing to the fastener requirements of various industries in the most precise manner. With a cumulative experience exceeding 15 years of existence, AVR Fasteners is a name to reckon with in the fastener industry. The Company is located in Derabassi (Punjab) which has a close proximity being just 10 Kms. from the Union Territory of Chandigarh, and falls in the northern region of India. Our unit is spread over an area of 2500 square yards and has a total production capacity of 2500 metric tons (MT) per annum. The Company expects that its production capacity will be rising 10% every year. The company's manufacturing unit was built keeping in view the close proximity of its Ancillaries, Raw Material providers and National Highways. The Company looks upon while upholding the needs of its clients for providing most favorable blend of quality and cost effectiveness. The core competency of this Group lies in its ability to resource quality material and manufacture complete custom design solution.

The Company is constantly researching to enhance its quality of the products keeping in mind the increasing expectations of the customers and the Companys brand. The company manufactures the widest range of precision cold forged - high tensile industrial fasteners and components of carbon, alloy and stainless steel, well suited for all applications in every type of industry. The company has a state-of-the-art Bolt manufacturing section as well as a Parts manufacturing section. It is well equipped with a contemporary setup of high speed multi stationed Bolt Making machines. They develop standard as well as special products with extreme extrusion, long lengths and bigger body diameters with their high speed thread rolling machines. Screws

AVR fasteners has a modern screws manufacturing section well equipped with several advanced cold forging high speed Headers. All this along with their high speed thread rolling and pointing machines enables the best manufacturing practices. Studs

AVR fasteners has special purpose Tarrot Type Machines and this along with high speed headers enable us to manufacture a variety of studs for the auto and tractor industry. We put extra emphasis on the chamfer and radius provided so that there is no problem in the fitment of these studs on the assembly line. Product Range Studs: M6-M20 Lengths: 15mm Upto 180mm

We were among the first few fastener manufacturers to be ISI Certified in the year 1998 and got our ISO certification in the year 1999 .We are presently an ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 9001:2000 certified organization. All products are manufactured confirming to DIN, JIS, IS, BS, ANSI, IFI and ISO standards. AVR Fasteners believes in continuously upgrading ourselves to enhance the quality keeping abreast with the changing trends .We are also following the system of First Class Quality in our products whereby we are working on contracted dimensional limits so as to produce the best possible quality.

Testing
Testing & Laboratory

AVR Fasteners Limited has high-tech testing facilities. The laboratory is well-resourced with advanced instruments for the checking of all physical and chemical properties of the raw material and manufactured fastener. We perform activities in accordance to required applicable standards in an error free manner. Physical Properties Hardness testing equipments such as Rockwell hardness testers to check hardness of the manufactured fasteners, as per its grade specifications along with required use of metallurgical microscopes. Torque and Head Soundness is tested with Calibrated Torque Wrenches and Special Fixtures. Tensile testing machines to ensure strict quality check on physical properties of the raw material such as its UTS , elongation etc. Chemical Properties Laboratory is well equipped with Carbon Manganese apparatus and chemical balance for the checking of chemical properties such as percentage content of Carbon, Manganese etc. in the raw material and in manufactured fasteners. Care is taken to have the right factors for the above testing by the use of Barometer and Thermometers.
