Previous Provision Sec.19 Bonus amount payable to employees incash by his Employer. After amendment the word 'Employees' is used 20 salary of Rs. 6500/ - ( PF Wages), on the deth of employee, who is a member of the Fund of a Provident Fund exempted under section 17 of the act , as may be, who was in the employment of the same establishment for a continues period of twelve months, preceding the month in which he died, the persons entitled to receiv the provident fund accumulations of the deceased shall, in addition to such accumulations be paid an amount, equal to : the average monthly wages drawn ( subject to a maximum of rupees six thousand five hundred) during the twelve months precceding the month in which he died, multiplied by 20 times or the amount of benefit under sub peragraph ( 1) whichever is higher Splitting of Minimum wages of the purpose of PF Contribution not permissible
